Needs better lighting during the night and cooling for sure. I would like to know which genius installed the wall mounted fans here- they blow air everywhere except where the seating is. Other than that, good enough. The people in the office answer your queries and there’s a proper timetable displayed of all the buses that come and go. Rickshaws are readily available from here to complete your commute.

People using vimal, tobacco in bus , and splitting from the bus running time. Conductor didnt warn and making silent. This kind of people should not allowed in bus and should be fined.

Located near khopat area in Thane... Centrally located you can get city buses outside the bus depot and auto rickshaw as well.Highway is also nearby. And Thane railway station is 15 minutes in distance.You will get buses from here. Specially for Konkan Kolhapur solapur Nashik Aurangabad etc..

1)Nicely maintained place, which is located near from Thane west railway station. Can be reached in max 10mins from Thane station. 2) Mainly the availability of buses to different destinations such as nashik, Panvel and main locations in Maharashtra is advantage. 3) as per my knowledge booking window is available for ticket booking full day. 4)staff is supportive. 5)canteen available here for snacks, quality not aware of, 5)washroom is available with cleanliness.

Typical ST stand. Big place to accommodate several buses. Announcement, information and enquiry systems works fine. Nice informative boards (in marathi) informing bus stops. Basic shops for water, snacks are there. Road on the entry is bad (looks like in-progress). Location is convenient. Enough place to sit and wait for bus.

3rd class serviceand most important the telephone oprater is so lessy and not workable personplease change that person

MSRTC bus depot Thane are at heart of Thane city. From any Thane city location you reach here by auto rickshaw. You get kokan, marathvada, Khandesh l, shirde, Nagar, Nashik buses from here. Bus frequency is not good. Most of time those buses coming from Mumbai are late due to traffic.

Enquiry system is very poor. U can go to pune side... Ratnagiri side .. nalasopara side from here.

Buses r always late always, enquiry person is very rude not giving the exact info which passengers needs about buses drivers r also rude I dont know for what reason, whenever u go on thane bus depo just go on time and dont ask any thing to anyone just use the m-indicator For realtime bus tracking.

The buses going towards Pune and western maharshtra (kolhapur, solapur etc) are NOT available here. You have to reach at Vandana stand.

This stands connect you to long distance route Borivali, Bhyander, Mira Rd, Nallasopara, Vasai,Virar, Bhiwandi, Kalyan, Panvel and near by places.

Thane ST Depot is Opsite to Thane Railway Station West and from here you get bus for Panvel Navi Mumbai, Bhiwandi, Boravali, Vasai,Boisar and lots of more. It is very good located and also so many hotel is avabile near by the Depot so you can eat any where.

The bus station is clean, beautiful.Songs are played at the station but their volume is kept very low. Just the loudest voices of the fans and the songs are kept low, please keep the sound loud enough.And the station has images of Babasaheb, Shivrai, Mahatma Phule but they look very old,The images should be as they are at Solapur bus stand
