Security guard has tieup with local traffic hawaldars.... Security guard will ask you to park bike out of the gate and then inform no parking hawaldars to pick it up.... Shame on mumbai police..... Bribe lene ke tarike badal gye aur ye kabi nai badlega

Ive visited this place a long time ago(around 2 years back), Its a business park with many companies inside. Itssituated near Ambika Nagar Bus stop. Nearest station Thane Railway Station (Around 45 minutes of walking).Outside the company many types of fast foods are available.

Good working place and environment. If you get a chance to work there then you should join there. All necessary things are nearby. U will easily get transport routes.

One of the best commercial infrastructure in the vicinity, where they have a lot of corporate company based in, good security system, well maintained, neat and clean, they have 6 lifts and all 6 are functional, at the reception they have a ICICI bank ATM which is functional and it has cash all the time, they also have a canteen which serves good food and it is very reasonable, ample space for parking which is allocated to all the individual companies based inside the building.Apart from all the above stuff at the footpath which is outside the premise has a lot of food stall like omelette n bhurji pav, misal pav, tea stall, cigarette tapri, fresh fruit salad/juice corner for ₹20, Idli wada sambhar, sandwiches 🥪, biriyani stall, Dabeli, wada pav & masala dosa.

One of the corporate park this is...the building is properly following covid rules at each step..like on the entry gate then at securtiy desk then on floor...we used to keep hiegien..other wise you will have to.pay fine for the same....its one of the way to control covid and follow social distance..i like it

Nice place to work in. Multiple corps have office there. Clean tower. An Atm available at lobby. Nice garden beneath the tower to have a break. Many food stalls are available there too eat and drink. Near to Ashar I.T park.

Corporate office which owned by Wipro, Reliance & Karvy and many. building covered by graden area which looks more beautiful. There is canteen facility on the 5th floor, also have free parking facility on ground floor and basement parking. Reliance has own 4th & 5th floor. I had a great experience here as I was here for some official work...apart from that canteen is good ...by dont expect a lot of options....also it is little far from station...so if u got a vehicle of yours then theres no problem as by the late night u will struggle to find a rickshaw.... overall my experience was good here....

Infrastructure and interiors are good. But this place is located in Ambika nagar, share rickshaws only leave you till Ashar IT from where you need to walk a little. Bus frequency to Thane station is very less. The building has no canteen which is a great disappointment as it becomes very difficult if employees cannot carry tiffins.

Dont go to 5th floor in wipro worst process

Not well maintenance like other SEZs in navi Mumbai and Mumbai. Theres construction going on in front of this location..due to which loads of you cant even it outside due as there is a lot of dust and pollution around. Pretty much far from Thane station.

Nice place to work but its far from thane station almost 3.5 km. If you need to visit then you need to catch bus from thane satis (thane station) and fare is 12 rs only. If you go with sharing auto they charged 15 rs and if you travel with meter riksha its will be charged almost 40 to 50 rs. Kalpataru prime is on road number 16 near by ashar it park.

This is usually a five floor building. Each floor has different company. You can go for BPO job.I.e Wipro which is on 5th floor. You will be on the payroll of Wipro, however the process you will be working is Jio. 4th floor is of Jio. The payroll is of Jio. One can go for voice and chat process. There are limited openings in Jio. You can for Wipro payroll the interviews are most of the time. 3rd floor is for CMA-CGMA which is a shipping company. One can try here as well for starting a career with shipping and logistics. 2 nd floor is of FSS company.

Premise is beautiful. Location is bit far from station, like an auto fare sums up to an average of Rs.50 or 60.
