This is located at a prime location and the restaurant is really good. They have smoking (non-ac) and ac restaurants. The service is really good and the food is really delicious. Loved crispy paneer and onion sweet sauce. There’s a price difference in the menu because of the A/c and non A/c.

The positive first: location is on main road. Lot of food options nearby. Serves alcohol. Rooms are descent as per the price.The bad part: They dont do housekeeping inside the room unless followed up. Towels are not so clean and not much toiletries. Breakfast has very few options and the food is always very cold. There is not much seating space either , where they serve the breakfast.Conclusion: good budget hotel if you can live with the above flaws. Not good for business travellers and families.

Good Food and service

Rooms for double and single occupancy are quite satisfactory but not that up to the mark. I think that the cost of rooms according to the status of rooms are not satisfying. But rest its good, hygienic and descent. Overall, Economical hotel.

False advertisement. Dont expect what is shown and reported in the booking apps. Hotel is situated off the main road, perhaps the reason for the high room price. Not value for money. Many more hotels in the area cost similar and is better in all respects. Be aware that most rooms are tiny.Staff was however helpful and the service at the restaurant was decent. The restaurant food was tasty.

Good food

We stayed here for five nights in July 2018, two adults and two children 4 and 8 years old. We are very pleased with our stay. The room was clean and spacious and the straff was nice and friendly. The hotel is quite a walk to the main beach in Biograd, but it is close to another beach which was not as crowded as the main beach.The breakfast was good. We mentioned at check-in that we needed one glutenfree breakfast and the staff provided gluten free bread to us at breakfast, which was very appriciated.For this category of hotel we can recommend staying here.

Location of the hotel is fantastic. Room size is small. No light on mirror in washrooms causing difficulty in shaving. Layout of washroom is such that you can use wash basin only after closing the door. Food is good and hotel is having restaurant and bar of its own. Hotel declined to serve buffet breakfast as promised.Average

Rooms are small but good. They boast of valet parking but the driver takes the car from you and parks it... On the Road😂. Beware of the management. We had complimentary breakfast but when we tried to get it we were told that the timing is over(at the time of check-in we were not given this idea) and it was just 10:30 in the morning. All in all they want to avoid giving you the breakfast thats the feeling one gets.

It is recommended for the people who wants to stay for 1 or 2 days with less money. The only problem is hotel entrance. There is not closed parking so you have to keep your cars out on service road.

Hotel is new so rooms are clean and well appointed as per rates they are charging. Location is also good. Breakfast is not upto mark. It was not ready both days till 8-8.30 AM. Big issue for office goers especially those who need to travel. Only puri bhaji and paratha sabji was served. Rest good.

Food & ambient is really good. Clean and hygienic place to go out for a short dinner with family & loved ones.

There is an open Bar on the ground floor of the hotel which makes the hotel cheap, with shady men hanging out at the entrance and the bar, plus the minute u enter this hotel u get wierd looks if ur a girl, i ignored all that hoping the rooms will be better but the minute we opened the room it all ended, it was such a shabby place, looked more like a lodge room, it had only space to accomade a bed and no other space in d room.. we jus walked out even after we made complete payment at the counter just minutes ago..!I will never recommend the place to families or for women. Pathetic experience of our lives..!

Friends please avoid this hotel and even its not deserve single star, Rooms are too small and bad smell, unprofessional staff and mainly the reception staff, trying to cheat the online bookings with fake printouts and claims that the payment was not received and need to pay again. Food is too much expensive, A small bread with peace of omelette was charged Rs.165/- .
