It is a Road touched corporate building. Strict security check which are must. No entry without mask and thermal checks. Still under development. Usually traffic outside the building. Service road condition is worst. Fast food stalls are there on outside road. Macdonald is just next to it.

Very good office infrastructure, fire safety precautions, parking area and cooling. Present near HyperCity mall and Decathlon sports center. The website mentions facilities like a swimming pool and gymnasium, these are present but restricted for use for everyone.

Mess of a workplace ... The pavement blocks are uneven and water logged. Maintenance is never the vision. No discipline in lining up 2 wheelers. Elevators miss managed. No smoke zone or washroom. In a nutshell - pathetic.

The place has deteriorated from the past times. Now there are select offices which still add value to the place. Still, the infrastructure screams for better facilities.

G corp is a 15 story commercial complex located in Kasarvadavli thane. Its 30 minutes drive from Thane station and 25 Minutes drive from Mira road station. Lot of pribate as well as public transport buses are available from western and Thane station making it ideal place to travel to work.How to get there:If you are travelling from Thane station, you can take rickshaw (150-180rs), Non AC bus with destination Borivli station, Magethane, Mira road, Owala and kasarvadavli (19rs to 22rs) and AC bus with same destination names (50rs).If you are travelling from western line like borivli, nalasopara and Mira road, You can take bus heading for Thane railway station. Near to Sai Nagar bus stand. It has 3 parking floors and 10+ companies are functioning here. Usually after taking lunch we are used to go walking in Hypercity mall that is very closed to this

Emerging IT companies hub in Godbander road. Thane. Good locality and easy accessibility from Godbander road making this as best. Eventhough 10km away from Thane station, it is clean location and good office ambiance. Also proposed metro station kasarvadawali is close to it.

Road conditions too bad

Very difficult to reach because of bad roads and heavy traffic. It takes over 2 hours to reach from Navi Mumbai during peak hours.Parking- This place has no guest parking so don’t get your vehicles if you aren’t an employee who works in this building.Smoke Zone- Smoking zone is outside the gate and there is one inside but you will have to walk some distance from the building.

A business place in thane near hyper city mall built with attractive professional architecture.Security hired for the building is impressive. Building has more than 10 floors of which first 3 floors are reserved for parking. Each floor has a comfortable seating capacity of more than 1000 employees.Companies at present areFirst DataVirtusa etc.Overall environment is quite cheerful. Loved it.

Typical office premise. Far away from Thane station. But the place is very well connected. The area is quite developed. There is an excellent shopping complex adjacent to G corp. Overall good.

You have ample parking for two wheelers and four wheelers as it have 3 floor just for parking. You will get snacks on the cafe or there are many stalls right in the front of main gate which nears runs 24X7 .

Its tech park contain more than 10 companies in same building.

Its far away from Thane station. You can reach here by rickshaw or by bus...TNT Bus are good but crowded though...Long line/ cue for bus from station. But bus frequency are okay like every 10-15 minutes there are TNT buses available... Company buses are available if you are returning to station from station.. Do not take Private Buses (out of states) from there this is especially for Ladies....had very bad experience...Place is good for work...As for cafeteria food its not very good...

This is a feedback not for GCorp but for Sterling. The HR have wasted almost 4 days mine. 4 days as in for the documentstion and stuff. Alot of time, energy, money, etc was wasted just to get a job at sterling. Take all kinda documents with u, while approaching for the interview. The climate at GCorp is gr8, especially the view from top of the Hypercity Mall. The street foods are gr8 down, especially NonVeg. But its damn too far from thane station. Almost will take an hour and 50 rupees sharing auto will do (for 1 trip)

Worst facility management. No proper roads inside the premise... Imagine potholes exactly at a turn u have no choice either fall or ride zigzag.. back gate is worst. Elevator is at another level of stupidity. CBRE puts up safety week 🤣

G Corp is next to Hypercity, best shopping place for sport times is Decathlon store

People working here definitely will have the benefit of this for doing shopping in quick time also window shopping. ( also can have break from routine jobs with shopping) very convenient.

Good place and a decent campus. The interior of the building is well made but the roads within the premises are not well maintained. The road within the interiors leading to the parking until the third floor is also in bad condition. The security at the main gate is good and does not allow entry without proper checking. Close proximity to hypercity and also decathalon.
