VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE FROM DURIAN STORES. First of all their staff itself is not at all interested in selling those furniture products. We have to insist them to show us around otherwise they wont even notice you. The person who was trying to show us the products was continuously in his mobile phone. I just wanted to leave the minute i entered in that store. Forget about the products, if the staff is not even interested in having customers in their shop, why bother buying from such stores. That explains how their customer support will be after buying products.

Never buy anything from Durian, they are the worst service provider I have ever experienced. I brought a office chair, due to pendamic and my back pain issue I couldnt visit the store for live purchase, so I called the person and ordered it. When I got the delivery there was little discomfort & wheels were not easily moving. I immediately called the person for exchange. I was shock to here from a fraud brand like durian, we dont exchange anything if the customer had done the payment. I have never experience such bad even from a small retail shops, these people know how to fool people by advertising false promises.
