Store has wide range of sunglasses..sales person was polite and respectful he also guided me with different range of sunglasses.They also have 7 days exchange policy in case if u wanted to change.Overall had a great experience visiting the store it is located inside bigbazaar.

They have a really good team at this store. I am a Titan Eyeplus loyalist and continue to be so. This store too has got good collection, good service and timely delivery. I definitely recommend.

Never seen such a good eye testing , miss neha had took almost 15 minutes in this pandemic COVID conditions for doing eye test. She also sanetize every lenses while doing eye test. Please visit for eye test if anyone wants accurate power with proper hygiene.

Visited a Titan store, for the first time, to have my eyes tested and was absolutely satisfied with the manner in which I was handled by the staff. They were remarkably helpful, courteous and professional. Overall a fantastic experience at the store and totally recommend it. I did not need to have my lenses changed, however when the need arises ... it will undoubtedly be at Titan!

Optometrists Neha are very knowledgeable and helpful, few days before I just visit to the store for an eye checkup, she check well and help me to choose the frame in my budget. She explain me how to use and take care of my sunglass. Thanks to Neha.

I am very happy with the customer service Titan Eyeplus offers. They found my preferred shades based on my previous purchase and got me the shades in 3 days, even when it wasnt available at their store, and also is way out of fashion (stupid cat eyes everywhere). A lot of brands can offer variety, but very few stand out when it comes to customer service. Titan Eyeplus sure does! A very proud and super loyal customer (for years). Keep up the great work!

I am a senior citizen and i was not even offered a seat in their store. They also could not deliver me a proper spectacles and put a wrong number in it. I am having difficulty but these people are not bothered. They cant repair it and are not even giving me refund. They are just eating an old persons hard earned money. Its a shame such cheaters are there in Titan. The company should hire decent and polite staff. I shall never go to any Titan store again

I visited this store a two weeks ago and indeed it was a wonderful experience. Very professional and welcoming attitude. Mr Vaibhav has been very helpful and so have all others. They accommodated my requests and were very prompt in handling the whole process. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for immaculate service, trustworthy people and a meticulous approach.

Cheap frames and cheap products. I am suffering and having eye issues after using their lenses. Sagar the store manager is not very helpful at all and is avoiding my calls. So people stay away and dont waste your hard earned money in this place

One of the worse optician ever. I got my lenses from them and i am repenting. They use cheap quality lenses and my new lens even had a scratch on it. Absolute waste to time and money. The staff should be fired and titan eye wear should be shut by the government

I had my worse experience here which was like a nightmare. Bad job done by the staff and quality of the product was also horrible. I feel cheated and i would never ever recommend this place
