It is the worst lab I have ever came across in my life. They take the money for the test and then withheld the reports for no reason and keep on harassing the patients unnecessarily....Never Ever get any tests from here

Inexperienced Staff and under staff due to Covid or due to what so ever reason. They are just raising the cost of the tests exhorbitantly, charging another Rs. 250 for home collection and then after the payment is done, they just stop answering your calls and give stupid reasons for the delay of the reports...If you have any enemy, pls send them to Metropolis Thane for any test so that the trauma that person will face, will serve your revenge

I have never seen such careless company where they just take the money from the patient for the tests and then leave you without the reports....You have to then call up atleast 100 times for them to share the reports....And every time, you call them, they will keep you on hold for 30 minutes and then will say that they will get back to us

PLEASE NEVER EVER get any test done from Metropolis Lab....They are just lousy people who keeps you stranded in dark after receiving money for the tests....I got my Quadruple Marker Tests last Friday and till now I havent received the reports which they assured to give me 4 days back on Monday....I am following up with them every day two times and I am getting only assurances and nothing else....Its so much traumatizing for a pregnant woman ....Pathetic Lab
