One of the Oldest Libraries in Thane located near court naka, established in 1850!! Recently renovated, amazing collection of books, magazines, study material for competitive exams, study rooms. Spacious seating, systematically racked up books, list to scroll genre wise, staff are friendly & interactive seminars & guest lectures also conducted!! Thanks!!

It is a nice & sufficiently large library with Marathi & English books.Also the monthly fees are very reasonable. Along with adults you can open account for kids as well.

Though for books collection wise its very good...But for studyroom which is on 3 floor its okay they have hiked their price for improving the toilets but they havent improved yet...If U see Their 2 second floor its something else... I guess hike in price is for betterment of staff who are working on 2 floor...

Nice place for students

A 171 yr old decent library with clumsy seating space in the study room, also it is located in the bustling Thane Court Naka area which sometimes makes it quite noisy.

Very bad service , staff is irreresponsibal and playing game on mobile ple dont go to this library.all staff doing gossips and laughing.

Oldest library in Thane... Was established in 1850 A.D. much before the revolt of 1857... Not a beautiful building as one would expect from the structures of early British India...
