Worst experienced ever I opened salary account 15days prior and still they didnt active it. I took 3 half days times to visit bank they didnt respond and told me come on tomm everytime. Idk whats wrong with the staffs. Please be responsible🙏

Poor Service bad behaviour recommended not open branch account

Absolute waste of time! The moment you enter, you will sense that no one cares whether you stand there for 5 minutes or an hour. There is no sense of helping the customer. The front desk people are utterly rude and delay work unnecessarily. If you enjoy standing in a line for 20 minutes near the door for a passbook entry, this is your place to go. This bank has one of the worst staffs I have ever encountered. If possible, save your time and switch to another branch for your work.

The service is very poor, May 3, 32 minutes come, then the Watchman is saying that the bank was closed, which was a very important work for me. My ATM was blocked so he had to withdraw money from the cheque, but he did not listen to the emergency work.He said that the rest of the work will be done but cannot allow the money withdrawal.

The manager Mr. Krishnan Iyyer and Miss Mrunal mam were extremely helpful and co-operative, this is not even my home branch. Could have never expected such smoothness and swiftness exhibited by them in carrying out the transactions from any public sector bank. They have reposed my faith in private banks, especially HDFC. They say Customer is King, these guys treated me like one.

Absolutely helpful and cooperative staff, especially Mr.Satveer Singh. Instant queries solving, quite and less crowd. Following covid norms like temperature check and frequent use of sanitizer. Recommended.

For any enquiry we have to go to branch so disgusting service by staff in emergence no one is their to give proper response not have any contect number one of the no given by branch all the time ringing very very bad service (business person dont have time to visit any time in branch for all enquiry) kindly give one proper no to all customer to contact in respective branches.

Worse HDFC bank branch,,,the lady seating at the counter number 1 behave like a government bank employee, the bank must appoint proper staff atleast for the first counter as it is purely there for customer help,,,,

Worst staff ever. Had applied for credit card. They lost my photograph while submitting my form to the main office. Dont even inform that my status was declined because of the lost photograph. Dont even care to rectify it. Dont even do a simple work of answering the call when its them who have shared their number. And laugh about the fact they didnt pick up your phone call. Please dont go to Kalwa branch and especially to Prachi who works in the credit card department.

HDFC - India’s no 1 bank and there’s no proper way to get things done.Stupidity at its peak.For Credit Card, never approach this branch. They’d mistakenly applied twice for my card and even branch manager couldn’t rectify the problem hence it was rejected for the same reason and wasted my 6 months of time. Never meet @Prachi.

Probably the worst HDFC bank branch... rude, uninformed, non cooperative, unwilling to help staff.Have visited this branch multiple times before for different things. At first they just deny doing things and always ask me to visit home branch and when i inform them that customer support has asked me to submit the form physically to any branch they take the request. Its funny that the request they denied taking requests saying that they cannot take it was done sucessfully in thane panchpakadi branch.I would rather go to thane branch where staff are friendly and helpful..

Theres 2 cash counter only 1 person working thats also she/he going to lunch so no one is there on counter bank employee said you have to wait 30mit to cash deposit...We are waiting last 30mit...I think they dont need customer.Pathetic service providing this branch
