Needed a watch to be sent as a gift. Contacted Mohini Maingade from fossil, thane. She quickly sent pics with prices. Purchased a watch immediately and made the payment. The customer service of this store was really good. However, I would like to share this instance where I made a payment using phone pe and the funds were debited from my account and then I was informed that they dont accept phone pe payment. So Ms.Rajni assured me that she will do her best and have a word with her finance team and confirm the same on Monday since its a weekend. And when I was way back home I got a call and she said that she has confirmed that they have received the payment and the same will be reversed back into my account in next 5 mins. I really appreciate Ms. Rajnis so quick response to it. So yeah I am happy with the pre sales and the post sales service given by her. Thank you so much.

We had an issue with our watch and as promised, when it could not be fixed, Fossil gave a replacement....no questions asked. The customer delight was when Sajid (sales rep) gave us a call just a day before a family occasion that we had to attend. We had told him about it and he remembered it and called us promptly as soon as the model was available. I call this going the extra mile. Leaves a good impression of a brand and is more powerful than paid advert. Keep up the good work.
