Worst service from the team at Threesa. From past few month i have been facing several issues regarding my network and connectivity the team didnt had courtesy to send technicians at my place and didnt bothered about the customer service. Each time i had called the centre handled the case by telling backend team have handled issue but it is not solved yet. Its been more than 12 hours net is jot working now.

Worst service ever! Super slow, nothing as promised.There is so much disturbance. The internet goes down every single day. We have to call them after every 2-3 days to ask why the internet is not working, and they never have an explaination.Moreover, all their numbers are switched off when the internet is down, so you cant reach out for help either.Its pure torture!I would highly NOT recommend Threesa to anyone. Simply youll face issues during work and disturbances during your meetings. Youll waste literally half the day fixing your internet. They are highly irresponsible.Specially during the lockdown when 80-90% of all our work has shifted online, we need internet to work they way we need oxygen to live. And during such testing times when your service provider acts irresponsible, its fatal for your work/business.Hence, do not go for Threesa ever

Theyre representative never answers the query every time they will say plz call after some time he/she is not there.

I don’t know what to say about it I laugh at myself only that I chose them as a service provider. I am complaining about speed since 3-4 months, I literally have to complain for 4-5 times then they will take action once on it. just because of I have taken 6+6 months package I can’t say anything and they don’t even bother to respond. If i download something then there speed goes down and if I call them they have only one thing to do that is “restart”.

Worst service provider ever. They dont respond in case of service issues. Mobile contact numbers are always switched OFF. Customer service is dead. This will give anyone a panic attack who has day to day work on internet.Ridiculous service.Switching!

They are magicians !They keep on shutting off your internet if you use too much of download.And if you call them theyll tell you to restart your router for 5 mins and then itll work like magic.(Ps - it wont work if you do it on your own without calling them and asking whats wrong )

Worst service worst internet every month ul get 10 days without internet no service ul have to call them continuous for 1 week then if only on their mood and Thier timings they will assist otherwise as i paid for a year they all hav stopped picking up my call waiting for 1 more day or else will go into legal with my connections ..

Worst complaint redressal . Worst promising network. 50Mbps plan gives you 2 Mbps most of the time and not even once it reaches even 40Mbps.The executives on phone do not respond. Do not bother.

Very disappointed with service also it keeps shutting down during my exam and job!!!!! So frustratingWhen it gets turned off all of them will switch off their phones. Even for this review to write I am using my mobile internet

Even 2G is faster than this internet service provider... Worst service ever .. no backup support.. frequent service down issues ... One of the very unprofessional service run by not technical personnel without knowledge of networking and always come with hidden clauses behind provided service.

Horrible service false commitments ans speed is always less than 10 mbps for 25 mbps speed.
