I had done my interior through Homelane .It was amazing experience from designing , material handling , painting ,electrical fitting ,quality inspection to our problem solving response time .We approached to Homelane Goregaon team for our interior of our house situated at Dombivali ,however their designer Shweta has visited from Goreagon to Dombivali for site & design finalisation twice . They provided 2-3 design options for our drawing room ( Tv cabinets ) ,wardrobe ,etc . Designing was very good & we liked ourour TV cabinet,false ceiling & pooja room too much apart from modular kitchen & wardrobeThe Project team & projet manager Shailendra Sawant was too friendly & communication was very effective .For every work ,he posted ongoing work staus via on whatsapp group created by Homelane team.The painting ,false ceiling ,electrical fittings ,deepcleaning ( Done twice due to Covid-19 norms ) was taken care by project management team & they had done amazing job. PM team is avaialbe on all week days & responded every time we call for any queries.Will recommended Home lane to family & friend for sure .Bit expensive ,but if you want quality interior for your dream home ,its worth it .N.B:- Will share pics of my interior once it get done completely.mazing experience

Homelane post sale service condition under warranty -Kindly Note:- We provide one free of cost service visit to the site within 6 months of the handover. This is put in place to address routine services which covers moving parts like hinges, channels etc. Should there be any service and maintenance calls after the free service, they will be done on a chargeable basis. HomeLane’s current service visit fee is a sum of Rs 750/- per visit. This visit includes re-alignment of all products, but without any replacements. This clause is applicable to all the active Warranty contracts.So the 5 years warranty on the product like woodwork and Hinges does not make sense.

It was a nice experience to get my interior done from HomeLane. Despite the Covid related challenges, I got the handover ahead of schedule. People at HomeLane were very supportive and friendly, especially Yashika and Hardik to whom I stayed in contact with all through the course. The happiest moment was, when I got to see the replica of what we imagined or plotted during the design phase (with Yashika). Again, thanks to Hardik for being supportive and putting all your effort to let us move in on Ganesh Chaturthi.

Good team but some issues with vendor they hire, the managers are just for purpose of presence and not bothered, however the quality of work matched with the pricing. Need to be alert in advance about the scope of work. The on field staff Shailendra & Kaveri really helped me out for my entire design with the resources they had.I would suggest better than depending on those sugar coated worthless sales talks who over commits themselves for luring the customers ask for the interior person & site supervisor as they will surely help you out way out of the boxWould recommend HomeLane to my family n friends

I don’t want to give even a single star. But there is no such provision.Quality of the material used is not at all good.In just a months time doors are loosen.At the time of installation and first service, they were good and when we are showing the defects, they are asking for visit charges.In just within 2 months of 1st service, again doors loosened and even looks like some swelling. It’s definitely a defect.But now they are showing warranty.What is the use of such useless warranty where their defects are repaired or replaced in our cost???I told first check whether it’s not a defect. I will pay service charges if you prove it’s not a defect.I have not checked all the reviews before. I think it’s a mistake. I should have checked all reviews before opting Homelane services.I do not recommend Homelane.Even I saw one review where the customer said he has been blocked for giving negative review.Hope it is not a practice of Homelane.

I decided to go for Homelane after understanding that I may not be able to give enough of a personal follow up for my interior need for a new house and after doing a careful assessment of all the possible options available in the market. I did get a quick callback from Homelane which was clearly not seen with the competitors. Their program manager - Akshay quickly connected and assured the best services. I visited their office at Manpada and they were really professional. I was introduced to Architect and Designer Ms. Asmita Purohit. She was truly an expert of her field, gave a quick overview of all designs and options available, understood our requirements, provided cost-effective solutions and helped in every phase of development.My only criticality was in the time of completion of the project, as due to covid-19 and my family being at Bangalore I was hard on the move in date. During the development process the project manager Sourav Topkar and Shailesh made sure availability of the material and quick installation.Meanwhile, we had some issue which seems to be possibly pushing forward the timelines, which were really difficult for me but the team understood the urgency and worked tirelessly to achieve what seemed impossible.I was moved in the new house on committed date without any problem. In fact after moving in they also kept supporting and are still supporting great way. The best thing about Homelane and a team of Asmita, Sourav, Akshay is that they keep updating all the way along the project and are very professional! Thanks and Kudos to the team!Id definitely recommend this Trio - Asmita, Akshay and Sourav for any of your project with Homelane!

We found Homlane to be very professional and extremely quality conscious. The company seems to have great command over their partners and that was visible when no compromise was made even for a minute and almost invisible scratch on a mirror supplied by their partner. The teams are well trained and responsive. Cleanliness is maintained always.Vishwa was brilliant with her designs and Shilendra, the project manager did a great job in delivering the project on time. Also, all the carpenter teams were extremely professional and neighbour friendly.

He also helped me to deal with some measurement challenges.Homelane team has very effectively handled the situation of COVID 19 in Mumbai region. We live in Thane. We wanted to decorate our new Flat with great interiors. So we choose Home Lane interiors. Excellent company with good labourers. They are not just labourers but they are creators.First we met the Designer Ms. Mathura madam. She was very nice and her work was very professional. Though we had zero knowledge, she explained everything to us in an easy and approachable manner.Next step was with Mr. Hardik Project Manager. He is also very kind and flexible person. He delivers whatever he promises. He has handled all the work with good communication.We are immensely thankful to the Home Lane team for their Friendly Reliable Efficient and Excellent service. We would highly recommend Home Lane to others who are planning to do their interior work.

Good place to venture for your Home Interior needs. Get the Design and move on to your own Carpenter.The in-experienced Designers shares you options basis your own ideas to choose from. The skill variations is seen clearly between 2 designers.I was wooed earlier that they carry 45 days Job completion warranty but they do not pay you even after multiple follow up with senior leadership team.They carry 5 year warranty, maybe, But My defective panel, defective Side panel shutter are yet to be replaced even after 3 months of installation, 2 visits by manufacturing team. The replacement arrived after 3 months but of shorter size panel, which is of No use.If at all you go for buying from them, Buy only Hinged wardrobe but Color option variety is limited.

We gave our new house renovation work to HomeLane. Before quotation approval they agreed on everything can be possible but after giving them the booking amount they are like this is not in the HomeLane scope. Also they dont have much color option in lamination although they told us that they are using the Marino Ply but they have only few options. They dont have the handle design options as well. They told us during the time of demolish the toilet seat will be scraped you have to buy new toilet seat (can not reuse that. Local contractors are good compare to them). They told us when demolish the kitchen, flooring tiles will be cracked so you have to do the flooring which cost around 2-4 lakhs. Local contractor will work perfectly without cracking on flooring tiles. we told them to keep Kitchen height 36 inches and they told us that it is not possible because for the modular kitchen height will be 34 inches only. We suggested some TV unit design but they have only simple design. All the artistic design and idea will be done by outsider then what is the point to give contract to HomeLane. We lost our 1.10 lakhs rupees to book the HomeLane which is not even returnable.

Had a great experience with Homelane....few points I would like to cover which made me give 4 star.1. Process is very long try to cut down the tenure from booking to final handover.2. Do not anything extra like interiors and civil work...the owner has to take care of it.Rest all is good I am fully satisfied with products, cleaning is done very properly. Very professional team. Skilfully guided in every step from design to colour selection. Delivered on time. I got my semi modular kitchen work done initially and was very happy with the quality of products used. Then I opted for TV unit and a book case. Both were excellently done. Thanks to Ms. Manali, designer who helped chose the right color and designs. Mr. Shailendra executed the job very well. It was an excellent team that I got from Homelane. Keep up the good work. We engaged HomeLane when we bought new house . And I am so happy about my decision . HomeLane team has been extremely professional and clear about each step in the process. Our designer Shreya sat through sessions with us and helped answer all questions and designed my dream interior. I want to give her special thanks for all her hard work and genuine feedback when selecting colours , combination , laminate type etc. I love her work . The installation team did a fabulous job explaining us the installation steps . Given that we were staying at the site , they ensured they followed all safety measure and caused no disruptions for us. Hardik (our project manager ) and Chinmaya has been always available whenever we had any concerns or even catering to our smallest requests during the installation process . Overall I am very very satisfied with the products used and the experience we got through the process. Thank you Homelane for a great experience. The team is very professional. My designer Asmita was very helpful in explaining basics of interior. The team of experts specially Asmita shared all the possible solutions to my requirements.Project Manager Vikas was always available for help and with solution to get work done in this Covid-19 situation.Both Asmita and Vikas were always ready to hear, giving ideas, helping in taking best decision, truly satisfied with work.

Pathetic service model and zero value for money. They ask you your flats floor plan without home visit. They ask you 50% payment in advance for home visit as they want guarantee that you would avail their services. All furniture is modular.. it means you cannot customize it per your design like no curves on your furniture design. All furniture is from the exorbitantly expensive urban ladder and spacewood furniture. Their sofas come in limited shape and size and they say they cannot customize it and your flat design or area should fit to their fixed design. Ridiculous! So if you own a small studio apartment then take the risk of these guys. All furniture are made of commercial ply. Not durable. Very expensive and absolutely zero value for money! Go for professional designers who would shape your dream home... Not homelane!

Overall it has been a great experience dealing with the Homelane thane team. The team was quite professional and focussed in their approach right from the designing stage and it lasted till the installation stage. Our designer Ms. Asmita Purohit had done a great job for us. She had taken extra efforts to complete our project in time. We had a long wait for installation due to Corona pandemic and subsequent national lockdown. But Mr. Hardik and the team did a great job in delivering all the materials and designing our home as per our expectations!

Working with Homelane makes constructing amazing design elements a breeze. Their interior detailing department creates drawings like no one else. When they furnish, the spaces come alive. The whole process starting from design to installation was very professional, friendly and punctual. I would highly recommend them.Their attention to detail, creativity, and incredible team makes designing your home fun, effortless, and absolutely beautiful!

Edited after delivery: I regret to have hired HomeLane service for kitchen work.They deliver only after paying full and once done noone cares if the installation is complete or not. F8nd photos for quality and finish.Goodthing: design was good, they have good set of furniture on display, a dedicated designer talks to you to understand your requirement and gives you estimate cost and designed kitchen(in my case only kitchen) they do have living area.I felt bad:I was getting too many promotion emails saying 25000 flat discount, 15 % discount ending this month, 20% discount this month. As I needed kitchen to be worked, I booked and after D1 and D2 i got an approximate qoute of 186000 when I asked for discount as per promotional emails, this was to be my surprise they offered 5% becuase quote is less then 4 lakhs, also to get this 5% discount I had to follow up with their sales team for approx 2 weeks.One should besure to get delayed response in every thing during the process.I get a thought that may be they avoid low value projects and give least attention to anything below 4lakh.

My wife insisted on Homelane and that was the only reason I agreed to make the trip down to Thane. This was the most time consuming and frustrating experience we have ever had. Please understand that the concept of a welcome team is just that, to ensure the customer is made welcome and his time is valued. Here i had taken an appointment for 5 pm but was made to wait for almost 45 mins. I think your showroom manager was having some personal issues to deal with since her lack of attention and unpleasantness was evidently unprofessional. We all have our bad days but if your staff cannot manage to conceal it then its best you let your customers know that you are not upto service. The reviews here already gave me a bad feeling but inspite of it I decided to form my own opinion. Im surprised why I even expected something different. Rest assured I will never buy or refer anyone to homelane again.

It was a great experience with Home Lane in doing the house interior. Entire team of HL was polite and very attentive during all the discussions. Shahid and his team did the complete designing part very well. Special thanks to Hardik who was HL project Manager and his square installation team ( Amit & Siddiquee) who indeed understood our timelines and finished all work in the shortest possible way. Wanted to get my home interior done was going though options like private contractor or just carpenter or professional company thats when one on my relative suggested me to try homelane as he has done his interior through them at there home in Mira road from goregoan branch . So got on my research mode as this is my first house I have brought so didnt want to take any chances so selected professional company over contractors or carpenter .homelane website is simple but gives us all the information about what they do which is nice . So booked a visit on there website to there showroom in thane region as mine is in thane itself. So on the day of my appointment when I entered the showroom I was shocked to see everyone so casual not interested in working just using hindi slang on each other which is not professional at all . We were greeted by a girl who claimed that she is the showroom manager she asked is details like registered name and so on ,we started our conversation with her but her tone of voice was so rude not courtesy at all like as if she was doing a favour to us by attending us which is very sad that front line staff is not upto the mark ,then she got busy on her phone she was on that for more than 5 min saying plz wait for me Im coming to back office guess what she didnt even ask us wether she can attend her phone she forgot she was with a client very dissatisfied with the kind of people hired , you should have someone who is good at his or her job justify that working for a brand is passion and representing the brand makes them feel proud . After all this a designer was assigned to us she came she gave us her introduction then told us she would give us a walk through of the showroom explained what all product they have plus the brand they deal with thank god she was professional enough her name was madhu something very soft spoken cheerful face . Then a guy joined us he was from the sales department asked us for details of our budget and so on. after a detailed discussion with the team we left the showroom with mixed thoughts they said they would send me the quote the next day. As promised They sent me the quote within 24 hours . I was happy with the design but didnt go ahead because the quote was on the higher side and above my budget plus civil work costing was not included which I didnt disscus with them and to top it unprofessional behaviour by the few members of the staff like the unprofessional language spoken when we entered and the lady who attended us at first her arrogance and very rude behaviourMy feedback to you guys is please keep pleasant staff so that people dont see anything else hindering there decision like monetary or any other factor because peoples rapport at individual level makes a huge difference to close the sales as Im as sales manager in a major IT company I know how much it matters . This is just my feedback to you thank you for helping me with the designing . Sorry for not taking your services .

Only good till they deliver. After sales service is vry poor. Their executive tells that there would be visiting charges for fixing issues, then what is the point of warranty. Screws are coming out within couple of months of installation and why would the customer pay for your fault

We have started the journey of our new home interior design in lockdown and had good experience starting from raw design, selection of design, furniture and colour was very smooth...

I booked for an online consultation and got time slot of 11 am.. Even Got back to back email reminders from home lane on my registered email id, but no discussion call yet.Later I contacted call center and to my surprise they said my mobile or email id is not recorded in their system.. If its not got recorded how I am got reminder emails? How I got time slot confirmation? This question went unanswered by call center exexutive and they disconnect the call twice. If this is the very first day experience not sure what else ahead. Beware guys

We visited the showroom couple of days back . That is my wife n me . The moment we entered the showroom had bad experience we were greeted by a lady who is the showroom manager ,she was on a call n texting from other phone very unprofessional behaviour need to train your staff how to approach customer because first impression is the lasting impression . For some demo we were assisted by the sales guy who for professional his name for akshay . Overall very bad experience because of the lady either change the staff or train them to attend customers .I was looking for doing my home interior after one of my friend recommended me but then had to go to other agency because of such attitude ...

Very professional group with a pretty streamlined process. Overall outcome of our house is really very nice and whoever has visited appreciated the interior a lot. You just need to select materials/designs of your choice and the outcome will be exactly what you chose.Pros1. Excellent finish of wood work. Have seen many architects, but the finish is no where near.2. Not many design options, but, whatever they have you can see it - so it helps in selection.3. Project management part is really good. You actually dont need to worry or follow up on flow of work. They align things right cut to cut and follow those timelines. Shankar/Sourabh Thumbs up.4. Their vendors r really good. Paint and false ceiling finish is clearly visible. Huge difference from ordinary ones. Even wallpaper folks are really nice. Big thumbs up on these points5. Designer team - Yashika in our case- spent good time to close material selection and design. No hurry there. Result of time spent there is clearly visible. Again thanks to her for an excellent outcome.Cons1. Process sometimes too rigid. Once the design is passed, getting things changed is tedious - i faced this for flooring skirting - though it was done, but took lot of follow ups.2. Design phase is long.3. In our case, flooring guy sent incorrect skirting, and to get that sorted we wasted 15 odd days. Not something which i would appreciate.But Overall, i really like the outcome. Though there were some hiccups, but, final outcome is nice and i thank HomeLane for that.

I am glad to have chosen Homelane to design my house. The detailed process from 3D drawings to material Selection to actual implementation really helped my situation as I was designing it from outside India. Homelane care service team of Abdul and Ranvijay provided good service and were professional in their approach. They didnt limit their checking to only reported issues intact went ahead and checked everything on their own. I had a very good experience of the service by the support team. I had few issues with regards to my furniture which I had got done from HomeLane. The service team lead by Abdul did a very good work. Specially Abdul was instrumental from day one and very proactive as well. He kept me updated on the work, schedule and process and personally checked all the complaints raised by me, his technician Ashok also did a good job. Overall a very nice experience.

Its home, flat interior wel established company. Head office at benglor and spred in all over India. In mumbai two showroom one at goregaon and another at Thane on ghodabandar road.... You can visit showroom and choise expected interiar. Its costly compair to another home interiar .... But good think this company provides EMI thouse have money problems....

We wanted our new home decor design and execution to be done in quick time without compromising on the quality. We came across HomeLane through social media and their local presence. I am using homelane furniture for last 3 years now, there were couple of issues with the installations. However when it comes to sevicing homelane has a professional team. Recently Abdul & Abul visited to do repair works. They were thorough in checks, they not only fixed the issue i complained about but also identified 3/4 other issues & fixed proactively.

Material quality is good. Service is on time.Only thing is you should get right designer from home lane. And you have to follow up for that.further home lane is not utilising each and every space / corner. They are fixing blind material on both the side of the cubbord or kitchen trollies.

In initial months only we are facing issues like bump on TV unit , wardrobe and lock and bump issue on Aristo wardrobe etc. Initially i was in doubt about Homelane post installation service , but when i raised ticket on their website then in next couple of days their representive person name Abdul co-ordinating with me till today with all material in new condition and installed by very good professional Carpenter named Abul. Their work is very well appreciated and perfect.In between the process Abdul calls me time to time and gave proper update about the dispatchment of material and all.From me 5star to Homelane service team.although Aristo issues are still in open status once completed will update the review againThanks.

I happen to schedule a online consultation, meeting was fixed and all was done but on meeting time and day no response. its very un professional on Home last behalf to waste other time 1st impression has gone wrong now so i am glad that no more future business is made with homelaneOn 1st day they are not on time than how come they can deliver the work interior in 45-90 days time spam. Sorry is the only word i have heard from them which is not acceptable wasting other people time.Thank you Homelane wasting our time

Post service is horrible no response at all.After my kitchen installation in 1 week one of pump damaged so i complained for replacement.first they ignore and after 15 days they react and noted my complain.After 2 months they come and replaced with a old one And my mistake was i dint checkedAgain cheated me.Then i complained for same a new replacement.Till 20 days again they dont respond to me and when they respond asked many question as per them i was ling then i sent them 3 photo of that old pump.After 10 days they came and replaced.

I am in the process of shortlisting a vendor to get the interiors of my new house done. Got a call from Home lane and we fixed an appointment for last week. However an hour before the decided time, was informed that their designer may not make it. The customer care representative suggested that he will check on availability at an alternate time and the designer would visit my premises for the discussion. Did not hear from him for the next 3 days,,, Then got a call mid week and once again meeting was confirmed for today at my place.. Get a reminder email during the afternoon for the same. I do not keep any other engagement because of the same but surprise surprise neither does any body turn up frrom there enf neither do i receive any call from them.I have decided not to engage with them at all. Completely unreliable and unprofessional . I am sure they are doomed with this kind of an attitude.Will suggest people to avoid them ...

Very poor and cheating experience from the delivery service, finishes project in more than a year, but still didnt paid any assured rent, garbage drum cabinet not closing properly after 1 week of use,but service job was done professionally by Abdul and Abul, else would have given them 0 star.
