I have ordered Red riding hood jar. Taste is good but could have been better. Ambience is also good. Quality is fine.

I had ordered Hot Chocolate Fudge Sundae through Swiggy. Midway while eating the same I found a Cherry seed, without any cherry in it. I am highly suspecting the staff has eaten the cherry & the seed was dropped off in the cup. Please advice if any legal action can be taken against it.

I had an amazing overall experience at this place for the items I ordered. As per my observation, serving quantity is rather less & may bother those to whom it matters, but the serving quality is really amazing & quickly compensates for that high price you end up paying, making it a value for money proposition. According to me if the customers are getting good quality, then they shall hardly complaint about its quantity.This place has a amazing ambience theme with beautiful decor which is decent & center of attraction for the customers, but the area is compact & short. The place is really nice to explore. Also the Glass Jars & Glass Bottles in which they serve the order can be kept for yourself, which is a good gesture. The service offered here was prompt & great. Today I had ordered Ferrero Rocher Thickshake and Sunny Dip. Loved it. Sunny dip was refreshing and the mint in it really made it stand out.One of the places I like to visit again and again. A very catchy name caught my attention and that is how i thought of checking this place. I ordered for a berry blast milkshake and black currant ice cream my all time favourite. The order was ready in no time. Lets start with the milkshake it was really thick and had a mix of all the berries in quite an appropriate proportion. Sweet but not extremely on the high side i really enjoyed it. The next was a scoop of black currant ice cream i must say it was very different it had a little minty flavour to it. I loved it alot and there scoop quantity was also pretty good. Coming to the price point i would say they have priced their menu very well not high neither low. I would recommend all the ice cream and milkshake lovers to try this place once.

Best for milkshake and icecream lover 😋

The shakes are made up of milk and ice cream which gives it a nice thick texture. Not like keventers which were quite a disappointment. We tried the fresh mango shake which was really good. The red velvet jar had a mix of ice cream cake and some syrups. The taste was well balanced, not too sweet. The ice cream flavors used are also quite good. Definitely deserves a revisit.

We had Mango shake , fresh mango ice cream which dint at all feel like we are having mango flavour and Belgian chocolate. Only kit Kat Oreo was okay rest other things especially milkshakes were not at all worth the money. Ice cream quantity for single scoop is good but taste not that great. I will always prefer Naturals for ice cream and keventers for shakes.

Cool and delicious milk shakes to try... Not much on the menu and the price is also bit high compared to the local juice shops. However, brand and the quality is what matters most. So worth paying. If you need the milkshake to be bit thick, you just need ask and theyll get it done.. I’ve tried the Filter Kaapi milk shake and it was awesome. Nice thick shake and filllng...Shop is maintained well and some nice interior.

The lost art of smoothies and milkshakes still remains lost. All these chains bring in some synthetic syrups from the same manufacturer mix some ice and milk and call it a milkshake. Terrible taste...the cake jar was atrocious...it was just chocolate ice cream over some bad store bought cake.Bad stomachaches in the morning

This is a joke. They mix frozen desert scoop (not even a ice cream) with some artificial fruit syrup and ice cubes. Also they add some milk into the mixie and serve it in attractive bottle. I ordered red velvet and tiramisu. After some time after I had that I felt powdery feeling in my mouth and my wife had a stomachache. Its not staff or ambience or even money paid. Its geniune feedback. The product itself is completely prepared with unhealthy raw material. It doesnt matter what how good it taste, but what you put in your stomach is up to you.

Worst customer experience with this outlet. We ordered through Foodpanda promo (100% sponsored promotion,- complete discount amount paid by foodpnda to these outlets) and we unknowingly ordered at home address.When we called the Viviana outlet and the manager/executive who answered the call was so rude, mannerless and unprofessional. He said, Its your mistake, its not my mistake, its not my problem when we requested him to note down my work address which is just 500 Meters away and pass it on to delivery boy.This Manager was not trained properly and has nothing to do with reputation of the brand. His attitude was like we are giving this at throw away prices which is wrong as foodpanda is reimbursing complete discount and the outlet is getting additional business because of Foodpanda.I told him that it will be your problem if I write about this unprofessionalism on Zomato, and he hang up abruptly.I hope this brand takes action against this person and train them to behave properly with customers.

Staffs are very slow & most of time they are on call. They dont even care customers are waiting to take order. They didnt even displayed current offers. Very disappointing.
