Situated in a prime location of Thane West. Easily accessible from all places of the city. The gym is well equipped with the good quality equipments, fully air conditioned and facility of steam bath + free dietician consultation included in a package. Personal trainers available in the gym and all the staff is very prompt and efficient and helping nature. Overall a very friendly and joyful environment which I think a must required thing in any place.

The gym is located at a prime spot in Thane and hence easily accessible from any part of the city. Its quite an old gym. The equipment level here is moderate with essential equipments available. I think they could have added more equipment but space will be a problem. The gym gets quite crowded at peak hours. Overall good but could have been better if they go for renovation.

One of oldest gym in Thane near Gadkari theatre. Now it is unisex. Quite clean. Nice place to workout. All are helping in Nature.
