One of the best gyms I have ever visited. You will not have the usual challenge of getting yourself to the gym which is what happens in other ones. It is never too crowded and is big enough and trainers are good too. I believe the owner himself workout in the noon and is on floor checking if things are well. Staff at reception is good and give proper bill and is always smiling. Equipments are updated and latestThey have gym area as well as mma section, changing room and lockers are available. Steam room is open too.Location is perfect and view from gym is very good and just to mention crowd is good alwaysParking is available in the basement for car and bike both

Paid for subscription in March 2020 just before lockdown , now they refuse to pay back. No one traceable..all staff have left. They have moved I see from this place.

This gym cheats its customers in a way by putting fake GSTIN and PAN number on the bill.In this way they take that 18% GST as their profit.They are registered by the GST Department of the government but they put fake GSTIN number on the bill.The floor trainers and staff are least bothered. If youre a beginner they wont even care to see if youre doing the exercises properly. They will always force you to take Personal Trainer (PT)

Very bad management and staff. Poor in communication. Cheated my friend of 15k in lockdown times and dont even bother to respond. Shes not asking for the entire money even though she didnt avail the service for one day. But they are not responding at all

I joined this gym in Jan 2020. I paid them 15000, all advance, on 12th March for another 3 months extension. But lockdown happened and I couldnt go to the gym even after one day of payment. After that their manager Praveen, whom I had made the payment, didnt receive my call even once. I understood it was a tough time. So I let it be for tha time. Than after gyms opened I contacted the gyms owner Jay. He replied to me once saying that there is no return policy and he said hell give me their managers number which I never received and now he also doesnt reply. Im not expecting a full refund but atleast a part of it should be given. They behaved very unprofessionally. They didnt even pay their trainers in the lockdown. They kept my entire money just like that. Its a below average gym with very poor management staff. Please never give them any advance.

Before joining -sir when you are coming.After joining- who are you manWashroom smells like a public toilet,in changing room I left a water bottle before 2weeks but still dusty bottle is thr no cleaning no hand wash.

Best gym in town must say , quality staff, best in class trainers, motivational vibe. the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations with top class equipment that will never let u down.

Not had a good experience here, staff is also arrogant they have different membership package rates for different persons, let me share my personal experience previous year I had join this gym for 9000₹ and this year I was going for membership renewal with one of my friend so they were asking 13500₹ which is a major rise and they were not reducing a single rupee, but also after one week my another friend join the gym they offer him an annual membership at just for 10000₹. Thats totally unfair, you should think of ex members before rather than attracting new members. Thank for reading this.

The management is more concerned about money. Any time you visit the Gym even for general inquiry they will say, register now we will add you in group discount. This is their common sales pitch. And even if you say that you will come in evening to register they will act as in 3-4 hours the group discount will be over. Facilities are mediocre, and gym has now become small after renovation, very less space.

It’s been a month since I have joined J&U .. It has a good ambience, decent workout place and new equipments along with an amazing Range of trainers who are not only friendly but equally knowledgable.Working out with Lucky my personal trainer has been a revelation. Not only does he tailor each session to my particular quirks and needs, he varies the circuits n cardio sessions enough to keep me interested and motivated. Meanwhile, he can keep the workout going without making it boring ! I never would have believed Id look forward to exercising.Thanks a lot!!!!

I dont fully recommend going to this gym now because. Its an average gym. The maintainence isnt good. The Air conditioning is down 50% of the time. Its hot in there especially in peak hours (Which is almost all time). The washrooms arent maintained properly.

Some trainers are good while some are oversmart dumb guys. Equipments are good but main problem is that AC almost never works here. In addition they just blindly copied glass window walls for a clear and wide view. But I think they dont know that normal glasses trap heat inside. There should be reflective glasses so they reduce heat in the room. Average temperature even in winter is around 31-34°CPlus body heat up after workout. How are we supposed to exercise here for 1-2 hrs.Money hungry people. Kha kha ke phel rahe hai.

Nice ambience. Decent equipment. They have a MMA section which is reputed though I dont use it personally. Never too crowded both in the cardio section or weight lifting section. Overall a good, organized, efficient and aesthetic place if you want a serious workout routine to focus on. Staff are also courteous and pleasant.

Gym floor is not clean at all. You can clearly see the dust around the equipments. Its been more than a month now, Ive been asking for the toilet paper, which is still not arranged. Some of the equipments are not in working condition. In short management is least bothered what members are asking for. Poor after sale service.

Very reasonable rates when 3 months membership is taken. Also personal trainers are good and have well knowledge and train according to our needs. Diet plan is also provided by the personal trainer which matches our daily routine.

Worst gym ever, equipment are there, but the trainers dont give a damn, they will encourage you for personal trainers, but if you dont go for it,they dont pay attention on you even if you are a beginner. if you are experienced at workouts, then you can try this gym , but if you are a newbie, Dont even think for this gym.

I don’t have any business with this gym. But I was passing by this gym and one of member from this gym made a vulgar comments when I was passing by near elevator. I wondered what kind of culture is taught and nurtured in gym members, that to mock weak people. I wanted to discuss directly with gym owner and with that idiot guy face to face but I had to fly to abroad in 2 days and hence couldn’t deal with it. I wanted to ask that guy what if same comments is made by a person to his mom-sisters when they are walking down road.I hope gym management will issue advisory to male gym members after reading this. Let’s pray!

The gym has ample space and could easily accomodate a good number during peak hours.My personal Trainer, Vishwanath is a person having considerable amount of knowledge on fitness and body building. I am greatful and thankful to him to design my daily workouts considering my slip-disc condition in my lower back. His workout has not only helped me to get back in better shape as well strengthened my core back muscles giving relief from pain.The support staff as well the owners are of welcoming nature.Highly recommended for personal training and daily workout

Best gym

Previously had a good review about this gym. But they didnt reimburseme me for the lost months during covid. Ither gyms reimbursed their members atleast the few months. This gym almost took half of my fees paid as I lost 6 months. And called me many times as when I was joining again.

The guy on the reception does not have a basic sense to talk, he is so rude as if he is passing on free membership. Have some basic mannerism or go and learn it.

Best MMA gym in thane, or mumbai for that matter. The coach is the most level headed in the area and balances aggression with technique. Other gyms tout themselves as good places to learn but they place fighting more than learning. This place is hands down the best place to be a studjesand a fighter. I learnt my MMA from scratch here, they have molded me into a decent student.

Best Gym ever experienced not only with the latest gym equipment but also with the view from the 2nd floor is just adorable and refreshing . Coaches as well as trainers share a friendly relationship, which helps to achive goals more quick . The receptionist crew are also helpful and are always there if you face any problem during your workout sessions or during the use of any Gym Equipment. It is a place I can go to escape my problems for a while and release some stress.It is the place I have invested my hard work for many of my accomplishments.
