Services are good.. But you have to visit 3-4 times for a job to be done.. Thats a bit hectic.. Better part is that the staff here is responsive atleast.. They answer to your questions.. They hear your query and give a understandable solution to it.. This was the only thing that is different from other government offices.. Rest everything is the same.. No one to guide you which department to go, lazy work.. Long queues and sloth like nature..NOTE: All the departments like duplicate bill, surrender of telephone, paying bills etc etc.. All of these departments are closed.. Only department which is open is technical engineers department; which includes if your telephone is dead from a long period and you have to register a complaint or check the status od your already registered complaint.. Only this department is working.. Rest everything is closed
