Very irresponsible and useless staff. Cannot even feed the correct data and does lot of spelling mistakes in the forms like wrong email spellings which cause nuisance to the clients.Furthermore when you request for changes and updates they again do the updating with wrong data. sic:(

Earlier the services were better. Now new staff. One lady staff (specs) who seems to be doing all the work. Others are Pathetic and not at all pro active. Some new staff is always on cell phone on personal calls. Hope the company take note of reviews by customers.
