Went for the first time to Pizza Express outlet. This place is spacious and ambience is good. On the recommendation of server ordered Calabrese pizza, Dough Balls Doppio and Cappuccino coffee. Food was good and delicious. Staff were polite. Service was quick.

The only place in Thane where you can find Quality Italian Food💎💥🍕We are a regular patron of this establishment and almost all our special occasions do end here. The All American pizza with their Signature Pepperoni is the most amazing pizza Ive ever eaten. And their signature dough balls are really worth the hype. They also have an amazing selection of salads and pastas as well. I highly recommend dining in here because the ambience and the overall politeness of the staff here which is beyond expectations. Really, my favourite pizza place of all. Highly recommended 👍Happy Eating:)

I don’t know which thin crust pizza we ordered but it’s so delicious. They’re maintaining the proper hygiene and distancing inside the restaurant. The service was amazing and the servers are pretty friendly. They’re allowing to order through a QR code too to avoid touching the menu.

I went to PizzaExpress to spend some time alone, after around 3 hours of eating and chilling, one of the waiters asked me to leave as there was waiting outside (which I wasnt able to see as there was NONE and it wasnt even occupied inside). Food was good.

Had their pepperoni pizza and pollo forza pizza, and both were delicious. Plus there is an option for thin crust, which is a major factor for me to like a pizza place. The prices are quite exorbitant, but it was totally worth it. 5 stars anytime!!!

Their open kitchen concept keeps you interested, to see their pizzaiolas expertly fling up a twirling mass of dough to let the centripetal force stretch out your thin crust... The staff is very friendly, and give you great suggestions. Each item on the menu is tasty. Calebrese, Giardiniera, Verdure, Al Fungi, each one a classic. Among their starters the dough balls doppio with the three dips and the mushroom dish are superb. Even the desserts are superlative, from cheesecake to tiramisu to chocolate cheesecake.

Its definitely costly like start for pizza costs 750 and above.The cheese cake here is delicious as my sister enjoys it alot being a healthy diet maintainer.Tiramisu was okay, it was not really upto the mark which I had in MainLand China. This has some hint of alcohol which didnt really go with.The best part is you get coffee(hot) around 150/- & above here and tastes better than CCDs hot coffees. Trust me when I say this, it was really impressive with good amount of quantity.Sorry no photo of Pizza but tastes good and size is of Large.

Pizza Express in Viviana Mall Thane is spacious and has good seating space. The staff is helpful and smiling and the service is quick and efficient. The staff is also knowledgeable about the food they serve and make good recommendations too. Average meal for two would be in the range of 1800 - 2200 rupees.

Ordered their speciality pizza and enjoyed it. Nicely spiced with jalapenos and compensated by rocket leaves. Well baked crisp base.Id definitely recommend the baked musrooms from the starter menu. Pizza Express, outlet which serves hand tossed pizzas and use Italian herbs.I have been to their outlets couple of times but I really didnt like their special pizza.Ambience is good, more on darker shade while sitting arrangement is comfortable.Service is nice and staff helps you to chose the right pizza also they suggest their special pizzas.It is costly and I didnt find it worth spending money on non tasty pizzas.This outlet is on second floor of Viviana Mall Thane and easily noticed.

Usually Pizza Express is on point with their food but lately it had been below average. The service also was not as good as the last 2 times I ate there. I had to ask the waiter multiple times to bring me garlic oil and to refill my water. The pizza I ordered is usually thin crust which is usually good but this time it was dry, way too thin and they brought it to the table already cold. The food is a little costly so the service and food should be amped up. I will give it another try hopefully it was just a bad day for the chef

My first visit to Pizza Express chain of restaurants and it was worth every penny. Enjoyed authentic and fresh Italian food. Unfortunately Lasagna was not available that day. Hope to try it next time. Being a Zomato Pro member received 25% discount on total bill. Overall amazing experience.

Always been a fan of their fresh baked bread.Best if you have Zomato Gold.Talking about the food we had today:1. Pollo Pesto Baked : The staff here suggested this dish with base of basil pesto white sauce, soft and creamy penne with mushroom, grilled chicken. The pesto flavour in white sauce had a great balance with the grilled chicken and upper crust of cheese rendering a wonderful flavour. Worth trying.2. Il Padrino Classic Pizza : Since we were only 2 peollpe, we went for the classic pizza and not the Romano. The server told us that Romano was of 14 & more crunchier and the classic one was 11 with thin base. Char-grilled veggies, grilled chicken, mozarella cheese.. what not to like man 😍 bread was soft and not chewy. Overall a great dish. The only thing I felt was the quantity of the olive oil on the pizza was more.3. Lemonade : A classic lemon drink with a lot of minty flavour and a perfect accompaniment when not drinking beer which obviously is the perfect match otherwise. 🥴Highly recommended.

Each restaurant, as we were told by our attendant, has a peculiar theme, and this one is based on the first railway line that was laid down between Thane and Mumbai (then known as Bori Bandar) in 1853. The lamps, he said, were exactly like the ones found on the train stations then. Even the seating arrangement was a replication of the seats in the first class coaches. The attendant also told us that even the music played in all the pizza express restaurants is streamed through the same source, which means the music in all restaurants is in sync - and what better music that old school soft jazz!Pollo corriander pestoThe pizza was a crossover between India and Italy - the toppings included chicken tikka, green chillies, and onion rings, with mozzarella cheese. The sauce was a mixture of their signature pizza sauce, which is probably the best pizza sauce Ive tasted until now, and coriander pesto and even thr wheat base was crust baked to perfection. The chicken tikka had a soft and creamy texture and tasted exquisite and went very well with the other ingredients. The pizza was finished off with olive oil, and we added a dash to garlic oil and chilli oil - I thought it was the best pizza I had or would ever have. But boy was I wrong! The best was yet to come...American hottestLike the pizza before, even this one was perfectly baked and the pizza sauce was delectable especially with the buffalo mozzarella. The toppings in this pizza included pepperoni, passata, Nduja sausages, jalapeños, and fresh red chillies. The pizza was finished off with torn buffalo mozzarella and chilli oil. We also added a dash of garlic oil and herbs. The end result was out-of-the-world pizza - if foodgasms really did exist, I think this pizza is would certainly be in the list of the foods causing it.Margherita bufalaLike the pizza before it and the one before it, the wheat crust base was perfectly baked in their stone oven. But the previous pizzas had set such high benchmarks, that this pizza seemed extremely disappointing to me. The meatballs were a little dry, it seemed to me, and the arugula leaves did not go very well with the overall flavour of the pizza.The serviceOur attendant, it seemed was quite familiar with the history and geography of the brand. The told us the brief history of Pizza Express, how it first began, where it first began, and other such details which I never expected to hear from the attendant. In addition to knowing all of these details, he knew precisely, all that was on the menu, and what all ingredients went into which dishes. This was totally surprising for me because in most other restaurants, let alone the attendants, or the servers, even the managers and the captains dont know so many details - whenever asked about any particular dish, they would always have to consult with the chef. Apart from knowing his way around the menu, our attendant was also courteous and well mannered, and was very particular was getting the pizza baked and served to us hot - such that we neither had to wait too long for the pizza nor eat a cold one! Overall, Id say this place offers, by far the best service, although it is but a pizzeria.

Its not just the food that makes a place great, the service matters a lot as well and our experience this time wasnt good at all with the service.We had booked a table for 9 PM and were seated within 5 mins of reaching there but when we were trying to place an order there was no one coming over. After looking around for a while a staff came and took our order which didnt arrive even after waiting for about 20 mins and then we had to call them again to check about it when we came to know that our order wasnt passed to the kitchen. That was surprising for us and also for our kid who by then was screaming for food while also feeling sleepy.Almost 10 mins after that our food was served and it tasted okay but by then we had no more interest in enjoying the meal.

Also the exta added veggies still dont justify the non veg rate.The same day there were 3 other guests in different table upset due to pathetic service.The manager seems to have no control. Even after such a chaos they billed me wrongly and added their service charge also. Seriously ???Avoid the place they exhobidantly pricy for nothing and lack basic hospitality!

Dough balls are the best! Tastes yumm with garlic butter or emilgrana mushroom dip - A must try for cheese and mushroom lovers, the flavour and aroma of emilgrana cheese is scrumptious 😋. Pizzas I would recommend are Veg Pollo coriander pesto with chargrilled veggies, Margherita Bufala,Giardiniera,Formaggi 65.

The experience was great. The pizza was good along with the chocolate milkshake we ordered. The milkshake was thick and tasty. Tiramisu had the flavour it deserves. Thumbs up for service. I had forgot about zomato gold but the server reminded me and we ate a dessert for free. That is something I loved about this experience.

Been there twice now and giving 2&1/2 starsBesides spoons (they do gingerly bring one or two out at most carefully when desserts are served), the table is seriously lacking in condiments, just oregano and chilli flakes, no salt & pepper, no Tabasco, no ketchup, I mean for spending upwards of 3k for a meal for two.....come on!Coming to the food, I want to first blast their bruschettas! I totally understand you wanting to categorize yourself apart from the run of the mill Dominos and Joes.....but why mess with a classic? Their bruschetta is literally a glop of uneven thickness dough baked and sliced haphazardly, still clumped together into long ribbons (the long thin slices are not even separate and turned sliced side up) and a pasty goopy topping just plopped on it (the mushroom one was literally like scrapped up left over white sauce turned gray) - hard to eat such a mess thats low on salt and flavor.The dough balls appetizers look great for Instagram but only the butter they come with is good, the watery metallic tasting Pesto and funky, musty red salsa.....not so much!Then there is their pizza base, with just a millimeter difference in their thick and thin crusts is an exercise in futility! Toppings are quality but so meger that sometimes its hard to tell. Again, its a watery juicy mess in the center with never enough cheese, its so tragic to see a pizza not cheesy enough, its like having a girlfriend and knowing she only tolarates you cause you keep blowing cash on her!Then we come to the noodle soup.....oops! I meant lasagna (notice that water is a strong theme and ingredient here) the lasagna sheets have no flavor or body or texture, topped with a no flavor cheese and drowning in a thin, water, raw tasting, lacking salt tomato water.To summarize, everything is going be a bit of their famous dough and water, lacking seasoning and veggies. Pizzas, pastas and lasagna not loaded with veggies (oh! And cheese) are sad sad sad!Finally dessert, thats when the endangered spoons make a brief, secretive appearance! The cheese cake is awesome flavor wise but texture wise its like biting into a stick of butter from the fridge!Now come the only thing that may (just may) get me to go back there again, the banoffee cream pie! Been here twice and already had it thrice.....thats saying something! Just wish they did a broader slice.Service is pleasant enough so no complaints with that what so ever.Next time if I go, Im gonna go with little packets of condiments in my pocket and watch body of water on my phone as I too swim through the flavorless ocean of pizza express!

It was topped with some luscious mozarrela cheese and veggies like Cherry tomato, button mushrooms, black olives and red bell pepper. Significantly notable crust thickness, softness makes these Pizzas stand out from conventional typecast cliched Pizzas. The crust was fleshy and the veggies were juicy. The cherry tomatoes were taste to behold. It was a day before Christmas and pizza express supposedly had a candle light dinner vibe.Their service was above average and loved the fact that on our request they were ready to click our picture using their instant camera. They gifted us a copy of photograph immediately.Thankful!Would suggest this place if you wanted your pizza to taste offbeat and different. P.s - they have their signature menu, uniqueness in names. The thin crust Pizzas were Incredible. They even have good Vegetarian options. The starters could have been better in my opinion, as I didnt find anything special about the doughballs.

If your looking for some indian taste pizza then this is the place. The pizza comes with their usual topping, which I feel is very less. But what makes it interesting is their side serves. Basically these are flavoured oil like garlic which help you to add a touch of Indian taste to your pizza.Personally I find them over priced for a single pizza especially with the very less quantity of toppings on them.

Nice place for having pizza and other great Italian cuisine. The cuisine is served in Italian and rome style. So it tastes a bit different than others. The place feels live and good for groups after shopping. But sometimes due to outside crowd its a bit noisy. So the music inside cant be enjoyed properly.

Tried the Formaggi 65 Pizza, not as expected as only 2 or 3 types of cheese could be identified and tasted! Also tried the Pollo Pesto Baked Pasta which was damn amazing, being a vegetarian replaced the chicken with Bell Peppers and it enhanced my taste buds and was yummy and was delightful!💙😍😄
