One of the worst experience I have ever had with the interview process which is even slower than the speed of a TURTLE 🐢....!!!!!!Frankly speaking, after being interviewed by functional heads on three different days i earned a good amount of respect towards them and as a group was very glad to know that the experts and great leaders are driving successful processes in company.But even after getting the clean chit from such leaders it was very disappointing and awful experience of being interviewed by the so called HR who operates from HQ but doesnt even know about the profile and the nitigrities of the job role.I was not surprised but was shocked in a certain manner to observe a fact that HR is more interested in the degrees of a candidate rather than being concened about an individuals skill set and work exposure which is required to get the job done. As if degrees itself is going to give the required productivity....lolz 😅And the story doesnt ends here, they will keep you hanging for indefinite amount of period to say the final word NO that too with no constructive or justified feedback.Pathetic experience since nobody knows whos the ultimate decision maker.....as far as the recruitment is concened....!!
