Lovely service. They also do home delivery and give good discounts. As good as any online services. Being open 24/7 they are really very helpful.

Pathetic Service. You will see 4 person standing in but only one person will serve all customers which takes more than 15 mins to get your single medicine.We stay in same society where shop is. We ordered medicines which were supposed to be delivered next day but even after 48 hours they were not delivered and above all when we called them to ask order status we got answer that we don’t see your order in record. When you place order they don’t give order no so you are clueless.Not recommended at all...

Home delivery is false promise we have tried to ask for home delivery and swiftly it was denied inspire of we are regular customer of wellness its sorry state forced us to find the alternative. The worst experience. In time of emergency the service declined for no reason. Thank you for eye opener.

Pathetic service. They behave as if it’s a govt shop and they are doing a favour by serving customers. They virtually mock customers by indulging in personal talks and shamelessly laughing among themselves. Till the time one loses patience and calls out for someone to address billing they go about with their casual attitude. Local medical shops are way ahead better than this pathetic chain at Waghbil

Worst medical store, Never expect a delivery on time.Delivery is always given after 11pm.May God save theirs patients.Even food comes faster.

Very slow service, it takes 15 mins just to get one medicine billed. Even though they have good amount of employees working but they have unnecessarily increased the process of billing leading to time wastage of customers.

Very bad service at this waghbil wellness chemist (near Bank of Baroda.) They doesnt respect your time, takes almost 15-20 min for single item billing even they have plenty of staff. N staff is rude ,slow and doesnt cooperating one.

Very bad experience.You can see 3 or 4 chemists always running here and there.You have to call them for billing.Otherwise they wont come.

Very very very poor staff and service....everytime u order medicines or something essential these people have no delivery staff ....no intercommunication between the shift staff....I feel if they cant run the store they should put the shutter down
