Extremely disappointed!Very poor and slow service. Had to call them multiple times to get the test results. Not recommended if you want quick service.

I insist on avoiding Thyrocare if you need your blood work done on time & expect professionalism. I booked appointment for my Mother’s blood test with Thyrocare Dhokali naka Thane branch. No one visited my address even after scheduled & confirmed time. When I called them, no one picked up the phone, I didn’t have any option other than arranging with some other lab with higher cost.

Firstly Thyrolab is a big No for be it for blood test or Covid test. Be it their unprofessionalism , pathetic service and above all never Tongue tied,they master all. We had done a covid test of my grandmother and even after 3 days we didnt receive the report . When we tried to connect to them n number of time , they just deceived us with false commitments which could have prove very dangerous for my Grannys life. Hopeless lab I ve ever come across. This should shut down asap.

Chapri alert !!All staff are under aged, non professionalI wanted to go through covid test, so i called them if feasible they ask me to come to centre when i reached the guy to takes samples was not there and others were saying sir call kar k usko gali dalo kaha hai woF**k thyrocare

Your collection centre at Balkum always closed and one care to receive the phone calls especially Fayez sayeed misguided me. Asked to come on Sunday after 2pm for sample collection after reaching at 3.15pm they rejected to collect samples and asked to Monday. When I visited Monday office not open. I tried to call Fayaz multiple times but his not bother to receive my calls. You have given franchise to wrong person and worst experience.

This is pathetic testing center in Covid situation specially..they dont understand severity of patient and so not give Covid report timely it takes more than 48 hrs..please choose other testing center

PATHETICALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. WORST EXPERIENCE. ARROGENT RESPONSE BY MR SUDHIR CLUELESS TECHNICIAN (OF WHT SAMPLES TO BE COLLECTED) CAME LATE BY 1.30 HRS WHICH IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AS PATIENT WAS ALREADY FASTING FOR 12 HRS (BP PATIENT) Not a single star. Still giving one coz without that it wont accept our review .Sent the technician back as we cant imagine / trust what blunders they can make whlie making reports.

Very poor unhygienic services, the lady came for collecting blood was not wearing gloves. She just experimented with my mother. Very unprofessional services. It was very much disappointing to see such service. After complaining, they dont even send someone to take the feedback. They just use the brand Thyrocare , however they do not offer professional services. Dont take the risk , choose the right laboratory who care about hygine and human safety.see the picture what happened after they experimented
