Excellent staff, very considerate and caring staff. All the processes are very well coordinated. They have excellent team of doctors. Supportive staff is also very good, they handle patients with lot of care and love.TPA department is also cooperative need not to follow up.Overall I would recommend this hospital for middle class.

When I pointed out the mistake, they gave me a suggestion for reimbursement, which would need follow up drop my side and I would get the reimbursement amount after 45 days. Hospital staff was unapologetic about their mistakes.
Staff is very arrogent. We have advised them to give information over phone as we are not able to visit hospital. They are insisting us to visit hospital for a small things like room quatation. Where as other hospitals are ready to share over mail or phone. In a situation very every hospital is advised patients to avoid direct visit to hospital. This hospital staff insisting petient or there relatives to visit hospital.
My dad underwent knee replacement surgery at Kaushalya Hospital recently. Both his knees had to be operated and the surgeries were successfully performed by Dr. Sameep Sohoni. The entire process starting from arrival at the hospital, to surgery and post-surgery care, was handled amazingly well by Dr Sohoni and his team of Doctors, Nurses, Ward Boys, Admin Staff and Support Staff at Kaushalya. When going for a surgery, a patient and family members have a lot of apprehensions, anxiety and worry. But, all these were addressed in a very loving and caring manner. Before the surgery, my dad has been consulting Dr. Mohan Sohoni for over a decade and my mom was operated by Dr. Mohan Sohoni several years ago. Kaushalaya is a go-to place for any of my family’s medical care.

Vaccination arrangement is good.But there is no value of registration on Cowin app. In spite of being registered my parents did not get vaccinated on the day when 800 plus vaccines were given...most of them to walk-ins...Registered and walk-ins are all treated same. Stand and wait in same line for hours, get tokens, etc.Why cant registered citizens get preference over walk-ins...?Other facilities in Thane are good where registration is given preference...
I got my second dose of Covishield here on April 29. I was impressed by the remarkable way the hospital managed the huge swelling crowds - from the security men to the nurses, counter staff and attendants. Truly grateful.

Today (18/03/2021) I was in Kaushalya Hospital for Covid vaccination.It was wonderful experience.Attendants, nurses, administrative staff and doctors all were very cooperative. Sufficient seating arrangement, water bottles tea coffee arrangements were excellent.God bless you all

Got discharged from hospital yesterday as of 20th September 2020 room number 622 and 623 it is covid hospital currently not very expensive hospital........First Class Hospital ......Rooms are very good and staff literally feels like family they are very caring and loving and the doctors are very good too very systematic and it is the best hospital in Thane currently for covid....... really happy by Thier service and the hospital feels like home.......if you want treatment this hospital is excellent and will provide you the right treatment..... didnt feel like leaving even though I was stable and there for only five night and 6 days literally felt home there and will miss the room,the staff and the my days there

I have called them so many times they simply dont answer...its not the first time... whenever I want appointment or any query I have to keep calling them since morning...if am in luck then only they answer... otherwise most of the time its juat ringing...Thats really pathetic sevice for a hospital..if patients have emergency least they could do is answer their phone...

There is no linkage between appointment taken on cowin.gov.in site and actual vaccination centre. People come and stand in line if your number arrives you will get vaccine else keep trying every day. This is scenario in tika mohotsav itself. Imagine everyday cases. Today we were having appointment for 75 yr old father, no vaccine given, no new appointment date given. Even if you dont take appointment on aarogya setu or cowin site, you can stand in line everyday till you get vaccine here. Really shame on such reputed hospitals and paid service facilities.
Kaushalya hospital is undertaking Covid 19 vaccination very well. Unfortunately, the person who is handling Covid vaccination helpline, Mr. (Name as per true caller - Anant Naik) is such a useless fellow. He will never pick up the phone. Just think if u have an emergency after vaccination, or need to schedule 2nd dose, there is no one to help. Please request Kaushalya hospital authorities to hand over the helpline to patient empathetic people. Its a humble request.Addendum- 2 nd dose of COVAXIN not received even after 45 days and no follow up from Kaushalya hospital. This is the treatment given to their patients.
My parents got only 1 dose (17-Mar-2021) of Covax, for 2 nd dose no vaccine available. Also they just keep saying will call u, till date never called. Due date to get 2 dose have already passed. Request please dont take vaccine from this centre, u will get 1 st dose very easily but not sure of 2 nd dose.

It only deserves negative review.Treatment is costly. They do not care about their patients. Doctors may get failed to dignose critical situations appropriately. Nurses are rude and seems like they are not interested to work especially at night.Overall we had a very bad experience and had to shift our patient to another hospital due to their behaviour.

After having traveled across the country and witnessing many a hospital, I must say Kaushalya happened to give me and my family the best experience. My father was admitted for a heart surgery. Starting with the doctors, the assistants, the housekeepers, every body was brilliant. These people brought back my father from death. Though the overall infrastructure might look a little off but dont get fooled by that. This is an excellent hospital and you can trust them wiyh all your faith. I did and it worked wonders. The efforts they put to cure the patient is impeccable. Round the clock doctors, assistants are present. They show the right amount of empathy, sympathy and arrogance. Since arrogance at times is needed when the relatives of any patient try to become doctors themselves.To sum it, I must say, you can trust this hospital and its doctors with blind faith. Now when I see my father at home walking on his own and living a normal life again, all that comes out of my mouth ate praises for this institution.
Read on!View on day 1: Some pathetic people in the administration. A diet of spicy garlic, coriander, tomato, cucumber laced sandwich 16 hours after delivery. When I raised the issue with a person in the admin department, she says thats what they have been giving for the past 15 years! Come on, are you talking aboùt a general package or is this your definition of a maternity package? While doctors and nursing staff are good, some people are very naive. Figure out. The hospital has potential, but does not want to ditch the issues. Medicine alone is not the way to cure or even treat. Is it not common medical knowledge to chalk out different diets for different packages at the very onset? While expertise is what defines a good doctor or a nurse, empathy from non-medical is exactly what makes or breaks a brand.Review after 4 days of stay:Recommended because of good doctors, good nursing staff, fair charges, no hidden charges, cleanliness, and very helpful and prompt front desk staff.Stay away from packages because they look at the onset but what they do not include are registration chrages, non-medical costs, food charges, and stationary goods.Although my initial experience was not good due to a curt admin staff, but then, my grievances were heard and acted upon. With that, I increase my rating to 4 from 2. Overall, the hospital is good and I will recommend it.

I have found Kaushalya Medical Foundation to be one of the best hospitals in ThaneTo start with OPD department gives you the best medical advice and that too at a considerabley reasonable cost ,the doctor g are well qualified and give advice which is in the best interest of patient. I was admitted to the age HDU department for malarial infection and I was treated there for four days with the utmost care and dedication of the staff .I have never seen such dedication in any Hospital sofar the charges are reasonable and if you have a medical insurance medical policy then it is practically free for you

If u want to loose your dear ones take them to this hospital. Pathetic doctors. Ambulence service is very bad. My mom had a heart attack and was having breathing problems. Had taken her there on 4th March 2018. They did not admit or check her. Said saturation level is low shift her to another hospital. They gave a basic ambulence for shifting. Her condition detoriated after gettin in ambulance as fan inside it was non functional and driver drove rash.
Very Bad hospital. Especially the ICCU RMOs. They gave my mother double dose of sleeping tablet so that they can sleep at night some Dr Khan n the Lady RMO no manners to talk to patient. It almost put my mother in comma. Senior Drs also take for them. Recent case od May 2018

I was coughing for past 3 days before I visited hospital. The doctor noted my BP as normal (actually there was no proper reading as I had operation in past on hand he measured BP) which was wrong.Here I was charged 600 as standard fees for visit (Being hospital been run by trust I did not expect). Medical bill also went around 600.I was asked to visit again after 5 days if no effect.Till next visit the problem got Worst. This time doctor checked BP and said that last time I checked but there were no reading so assumed it as normal. He added Some antibiotics in existing.Was charged 300 for this visit.Also medicine cost around 700 .I was asked to revisit next day and pay 300 more and again vist after 5 days again pay 300.Treatment went worst as there was no health improvement also treatment was costly.I doubt it is run by some trust.Rude part:When I asked is the trust hospital is charging more than for a visit as doctor calls me every next visit and charges fresh 300.The doctor replied : I take 800 for for showing my face to patient . If you are poor go to any local hospital or get admit in Government hospital. My face and name has value. in a very rude tone.This is worst attitude from a doctor from a hospital of such big name and trust.I have stopped my treatment here..
