The store is located at a good location I.e. Lodha Amara compound. The supermarket has almost every item available all the time. Vegetables and fruits are also available. They provide good discount on some of the items and accept both cards and cash. The support staffs are very cordial.

There is no system whatsoever. At their own whim they are allowing people. Even the number of people allowed in keeps changing. At one point they are letting 5 people and then suddenly 20 people going is fine. They are not letting some people who have no masks. But there are a ton more who are allowed without masks. They are randomly screening people without any rhyme or reason. Im not sure how they can be denying people without a plausible cause. If they have to maintain certain protocols they need to be consistent about it.I appreciate the fact that they are open and providing service but they really need to standardise procedures and if they really need to screen people they should be educated and trained to do it. They must have complete transparency as to why they are taking the decisions that they are. And no, not in the form of printouts of some piece of paper with random instructions which anyway they are not following. But a proper notice attested by proper authorities.
