Doctor is very good, I am editing my review and requested to doctor that do inform patient that to verify medicine after medical guy provide it. Some patients really comes from long and substitute he replace silently is not effective.This has happen to me.

I got treatment from Thane Skin Center 3-4 times and it was a wonderful experience. The dark patches, pimples on my skin have reduced after taking the service. I am completely satisfied with the treatment. Great Services.

The receptionist girls are worst. They dont know how to talk with the patient. Worst experience of the receptionist (girl) not well mannered not even helpful. But the doctor is very nice and polite he is Very helpful even when I unable to reach to his clinic he directly contact me for my daughters blood Report.

I have been consulting Dr. Goplani from past many years and the results have been always satisfactory. Recently, Ive met with an accident causing ragged wound on face. Though the clinic was closed as it was late in night, still sir took out time for online consultation and suggested the further course of actions. Sir is very generous , knowledgeable and result oriented. I will highly recommend his services to everyone.

Appointments are a must here, no walk-ins allowed. You have to call in the morning at 9AM to book an appointment in the next 2 days. If there are no available slots you will have to call back after 2 days. Waiting time can go upto an hour. Skin and Hair related treatment are available here. Dr Vinay Gopalani is one of the best dermatologist. He is also available in Bethany Hospital Thane.

Hello everyoneWould like to share my personal experience my daughter had a very bad painful wrat.Due to covid 19 we were not able to get any medical help.Dr. Goplani consulted through video calling .. prescribed us medicine .. within 15 dyas my daughters leg was cured.Thankyou very much .

Centrally located place on the ground floor. The sign board could have been better placed though. The front desk experience was good. they call up to reconfirm your appointment and also keep you informed about delays. Doctor was cordial, explained everything in detail. Happy :)

Money minded doctor doesnt think about patients pain keep asking visit after 7 days by giving half treatment and useless excuses like you have to bear pain for atleast 7 days worst doctor ever seen dear sir after consulting you I was not got single % of relief so I have consulted other specialist who have given me proper line of treatment from which I have got 70% relief within 20 hours I am attaching prescription for your perusal

In this covid 29 pandemic I felt like during physical consultation doctor was in a hurry to attend patients rather than understanding patient point of view maybe patient could be wrong but atleast listen to him to understand.patient take appointment 15 days prior not for just hurrying but also to get satisfied.hope you dont get it wrong and understand it.

It was my first visit, staff was very co operative they even do follow up call once your appointment is fixed (Liked it) and even the Doc is very Good .. So far so Good now waiting for the result after treatment

Very bad. Have to take appointment 15 days before till then you have to keep continuing with your allergy or rashes. On top of that you have West max. 1.30 to 2 hrs.

I asked for Dr. Appointment at Bethany and Skin centre both but both place I come to know doctor not having any appointment before 5th July...if we have problem today we have to wait for his availability..I think like hotel booking in advance...but patient is not customer who do advance booking before getting disease

I had a skin problem since several years but a few months back one gyneocologist referred me to Dr.Goplani and since then I was under his treatment. His prompt diagonisis cleared my problem in the very first go itself. I am really very grateful. Moreover his staff is very cooperative and fees reasonable. Truly a humble doctor. The Dr is good but the appointment system is not at all good you have to wait for atleast 15days once u call for appointment . If I have a problem I am going to Dr obviously because it is seriously how the hell am I suppose to wait for 15 days and then Visit the Dr worst experience
