The Doctor is quite experienced BUT that is not refelected in her advance treatments and counselling. She lack patience many times to answers for people who have valid medical queries. Secondaly her assistant and her are more of commercial mindset. Any queries after consultation day is not entertainted.Request to be less commercialized and develop more patience.

Hospital has forced us to ask 500 payment for new medicine description over the call. I wonder what will happen if someone is not capable of doing it. Dr. Uma Bansal should look in to this. There was some executive called Vandna who informed me to that this charges are asked by Madam only.

Wrong map directions ...there is no proper address mentioned ...

Dr. Uma Bansal is one of the best gynecologist in Mumbai and Thane. She is very caring and invariably provides correct and timely advice to her patients.During my entire pregnancy she always used to explain the reason for advising any medicine or test. She always used to give timely advice regarding my diet, light excercises to keep me fit and mentally happy.she is one of those rare doctors today who focus more on patients rather than making money.I thank you so much.

When I was planning for my second child after a gap of nearly 12 years I had my doubts.At that moment my friend suggested me of Dr. Bansal, and I must say that Im lucky to have her as my Gynec.She just made me feel at ease everytime I visit her. Doctor and staff are very rude, hard spoken. Unnecessary tests to gain money. You will get to enter 2hrs after appointment time. Dont waste your money and time

My maid was pregnant and has twins and registered with civil hospital thane. When they approached to civil hospital. Drs refuse to give admission as she had only 6.5 hb. Then I approached Dr Uma for help. And I even dont believe that she save all three life on very last moment. Now mother and her two kids are very Happy. By the blessings of god and Dr Uma Bansal, we got the greatest pleasure of the earth being parents, but I want to say something. on that day when everything was planned for 5.30 pm I.e. c section, due to some personal reason had to change the time of operation from 5.30 pm to 6 pm. We were so selfish at that point of time that we didnt took care for mams opd. We completely ignored that the patients waiting for mam, have to wait more without prior intimation. We felt sorry afterwards for this. But I am sure people will forgive this. Once again thank you very much for your selfless co operation.

Very bad experience and rude @ the time for delivery. i was there since my 2nd month pregnancy. all reports were normal till my due date. Without any labor pain she admitted me and she blast my baby water @ morning 11 AM. since doctor need to attain some seminar and flight was at that time. she forced me and my family for C-Section , we were not agree she told straight i wll not take any responsible if something wrong . We dint given any choice.and we got billed for Amt - 1,18.000 /- for C -Section. without any facility.

Very bad experience. We have taken appointment for 1.30pm and we were awaited till 4.30pm. The reason given was unplanned OPD round. When we enquired this reason with frequently visited patient, he repied almost every monday the Dr go for OPD round.If anyone wan to still visit this Dr then visit after atleast 2hrs of appointment taken.consultation charges 700rs plus they ask paitent for sonography 700rs which I feel not worth. Also we have been told to do some test of 1000rs, after above my impression i also dought on necessity of tests.
