Haunted house. No wonder all PSUs are closing down. People were hospitable though.

This is a dead place and looks like a bhoot-bangla. No one is ever available here except for the watchman, who has a standard reply - Lineman will come back in 2 hrs. Hope no one ever has to visit this place

Good experience in a government office. Helpful staff and courteous enough to guide patiently both while applying for a new connection and also during the termination. Even the field service staff is also good and reached on time as committed for the installation.

This exchange is closed forever. They shifted to some other place.

The worst experience ever!!! They dont show up for like 1 week since the complaint has been registered and the staff has a very lazy attitude. Would not recommend them at all

Office is very old and its not easily visible from road.Staff in the office is friendly as expected from a government office.But the timing are not followed as per the official site. Site says office open till 7.30pm but office actually closes on 5.30 pm.
