It was really nice. They kept suggesting nice dresses and also showed me the ones with discounts. They didnt get mad I was choosy or picky with what I wanted to wear.

Shop at ease. You do get several brands out here, they also have their own brand called Stop. You get limited shopping items under the brand Stop eg garments, shoes etc.

Always love this place in terms of shopping. We have all good collections here al the time we vsist this place. Had been here last week only and still couldnt resist the new arrivals and had a try at them. It was a real treat to eyes to watch the new collection of watches and shoes. Would really like to visit this place again and again. Also be sure that you visit here during the sale too. All the good clothes are really in lesser price and can buy a lot in small amount. A good experience during Covid times

I Nirmal Thakur had bought a Giordano watch on 24 November 2019 from Viviana shoppers Stop which suddenly stop working within a month due to some manufacturing defect so I submitted the watch at Viviana to claim warranty. That took three months and I had received same watch repaired in late February 2020 but suddenly it again stop working within a month and since lockdown was declared in March so I could not submit it immediately as the store was closed so I resubmitted as soon as it reopened in first week of September 2020 and requested them to replace as it was manufacturing issue for the second time they told me and give me assurance that they will do the needful. But it took them 4 months and I received the same watch after reparing but eventually it again stop working within a month so I re submitted the watch for the third time for the same problem in the month of January 2021 and it is lying with them and they are again insisting me to collect the repaired watch for which I have denied as there is a major manufacturing issue I told them to replace it or give me my money back for a credit note, I had bought that watch looking at the brand of shoppers Stop and Giordano but I feel I have been cheated. Can management please look into this and help me to get replacement.

Shoppers Stop, I visited it recently and found that they have really a good designs and collection of products.Shoppers Stop is not my favourite mall for regular shopping as they were more into white and grey shades of colours.They have made a huge makeover in fashion and colours. The latest designs are according to current fashion and are attracting more crowd hence you can see more people inside the mall.It is spacious and products are well arranged and sorted according to the category.My recommendation is to visit it if you are on shopping spree.

Good place to shop but try to avoid doing online payment, I did online payment it got deducted from my account and they didnt receive it so I did another payment with hard cash. I did not received my revised payment so I contact them they said they got the payment and give me refund 1-2 days. Its been more then a week and I didnt receive my amount.

I dont understand which order you guys are following that has prohibited the use of trial rooms. This kind of order was applicable last year for sometime. There is no such order in force at present. Please instruct your store managers accordingly and allow the usage of trial rooms. No shopping is possible without trial.

I have a black card membership at Shoppers stop. They have provide me Mr Deepak Bhorke to assist me during the shopping. I am very much relaxed while shopping coz He was with us and helping me in finding different clothings which made me very easy. I had purchased a Bvlgari perfume giftset from Shoppers Stop, Viviana Mall on 30/12/2020 for Rs. 6,500/- in the evening. I used the product today and realised that the fragrance of the tester and the one that I had purchased was different, as in the tester was strong and lasted till the next morning but the one that I had purchased, the fragrance was very mild and lasted for maximum 2 hours. I am very unhappy, disappointed and dissatisfied with the product that was sold to me and with Shoppers Stop for what they sold to me.

Good product but service not on time

I had Very good shopping experience here. Bought Sketchers shoes from this store and got the best deal as compared to exclusive Sketchers outlet thanks to the sales man.This was my first time shopping from Shoppers Stop and i must say almost all brands are available under one roof. But the only thing i didnt like is that we have to pay(300rs.) for there membership which gives only one benefit of return/exchange of products upto 3 months from date of purchase.

Great selection of clothing and accessories available here. The usual discounts and prices are good too. The staff is quite polite. The only downside is that billing takes far too long. If it was a bit quicker, it would have been perfect. Hopefully they increase the number of billing counters in the future.
