They accepted to deliver my file from Thane to Vikhroli. The same night it reached Ghatkopar. I was expecting the same to be out for delivery soon however it did not happen entire next day. Also in evening I received a call saying my payment has not received by them. Then I checked my transactions and found that the transaction was showing success. Shared the transaction details with the lady also raised concern regarding payment with BHIM. When asked for update no response was provided. Its now 3 days and parcel is not delivered yet. Search for a better service before using theirs.Update: Increased 2 stars as they finally updated status saying delivered. Yet to receive confirmation from receiving end.

Good option. But only for big cities. Otherwise they may accept your letter or parcel and may not even deliver at proper address. Network is very strong for big cities though.
