Nice place in Thane. Big complex and good flats. Cosmopolitan crowd, well maintained building overlooking mountains and very lively rooms with hawa and ujhaas in plenty. Nice view from higher floors.

This was the most delayed project in Mumbai or Thane. It was delayed by 7 years.Finally B wing has been ready and possession granted. Other wings are WIP.

Construction is quite old & you have to face so many challenges during monsoon along with that very poorly managed by society like garbage, elevators isssues!

Old stuck project. Quality is too low. We have taken 1.5 BHK flat on rent but have found MANY issues including one Indian WC without having shower to have bath. Which means even the washrooms are 1.5... One full and one only WC. Drilling on any wall will be very smooth and easy. Construction work still going on with lot of noise and pollution and labourers all over. NO CAMERAS INTALLED. ONLY TWO LIFTS INSTALLED OUT OF THREE IN THE 29 storey tower. No sync between the lifts

Good residential area with every basic amenities in the near by vicinity. The property is still under construction and only 2 wings are ready as of now bcz of which its always little dusty.

Very nice housing society. Clean and tidy.

Finally got possession after 11 years Did some new tiling work as builder tile were ugly. Now flat owner in below flat is daily fighting as his entire pop and ceiling is leaking. Dont make any changes else its very risky. Walls plaster is also very shabby.

Rogue builder, one of the worst executed projects. Just two bldg have been delayed for approx 10 yrs. Still under construction.

Its a rathole. Epidemic of dengue...every family in the place has been affected by the infestation of the deadly dengue
