Such lazy staff spoiling the brand name. Too many and unnecessary staff roaming around chatting on their cell phones and hiding from the customers. When they are asked a simple question, they find the shortest response so they dont have to spend any effort in helping the customer. I asked a staff if i can find a long sleeve for a 12-13 yrs old boy and she just said they dont have. Just after exploring for 2mins i found many options my self.

Staff is lazy. customer service is not good. I have changed my product but i didnt get my refund. I have paid it from my account but they told me you will get refund in future pay wallet Why? I dropped so many mails to them but I received only auto generated mail from their side. Worst customer service ever.

They are charging more than the MRP. Purchased kashmiri chilli worth rs 101 but the bill generated was for rs 120. Ppl dont have time to check each n every item purchased.

They recently renovated the whole store. The new name is Big Bazaar GenNext. Brighter and spacious. There are 2 levels. Clothes, Makeup and accessories at the bottom. Grocery, Packaged food, Electronic and Gadgets on the 1st level.Packaged food is sold almost 2% below MRP. Good offers on electronic, cloths and toys vary according to the season.

Recently relocated, renovated and revamped Big Bazaar with more section and products. More streamlined and clean than the previous one, but they have to discover some attractive offers and ways to attract the crowd. It is thin....😨😨☺☺

Its good but not extra ordinary. Some items at very good rates but some are very costly. Fruits are fresh . Staff service is a bit slow and disappointing.

The place is good and it has a wide range of collections but they dont update their collections frequently. Also due to covid they keep their AC switched off and that is quite suffocating and it makes the customer rush out asap (which is actually a good idea during this covid season)

Big Bazaar is one of the biggest facility of super market in the India .You can by different clothes ad other accessories at ground floor store of big Bazaar. At first floor this you can by different day need items and food . Also now this also have small store of food facality for those who get hungry while shopping. Both of the floor of are attached by moving stairs. At the ground floor of this market there different fun arrangement available for kids. And at the third floor of the building there is cinema theater.

Wednesday offers are excellent which provided savings. FBB store is very good. BIG BAZAAR had almost 200 stores across India and they are doing well in India.

Kapurbawadi Big bazar I visited this , the experience was worst . The sanitizers or sanitizing liquids were out of stock .Almost racks were empty. Essentials such as sugar , sanitary napkins were not there. Soaps , hand wash shampoos were not available. A/c was not working. Almost staff doesnt follow the rules and regulations of Corona ,their masks were down the nose . They kept unbranded products .

I really loved the place its big in size also youll get a good place to park your vehicle. They kind of staff they have are not that helpful but its fine because were good in knowledge so we do not need any assistance of others to choose our outfits or to make decisions to buy our grocery.Aways keep in mind that youre supposed to park your vehicles in the parking lot never at the corner of road because there are always towing vans roving around were they will wheel clap your 4wheeler and tow your 2wheeler in their var

It is a nice big and comfortable place to shop for groceries , clothes and electronic. After renovation it has a Bakery which is good and delicacies are at reasonable price. The customer service is good and staff is very helpful, thanks to all staff for all your support to make our shopping comfortable.

Buying vegetables from the road is not so easy now a days due to police not allowing them to sell on the streets.. Hence its good to buy vegetables from big bazaar. Every morning you get fresh vegetables that you can purchase. If you go till 11 am you wont get long queues foe billing and price tagging on your vegetables. There is no parking space outside, so park it inside the mall else your car bikes will get towed.

Excellent one point stop for all household requirements. Huge stock of groceries, fruits and vegetables, cosmetic stuff and a very lively place too. Huge parking space and easy approach being right on main road makes it very much useful.

As compared to old BIGBAZAR which I visited in childhood, new one is really clean, good looking and better.Good variety of products which is suitable for middle/higher middle/upper class people.Helpful staff and well organized sections where its not much difficult to find your desired products.

Being new in city, I want to purchase all items needed for a home. And shops like big Bazaar was one option in front of me. I went there and was happy to see that almost all my shopping needs were full filled . It was not so crowdy and the trolley facility can be availed till the taxi drop point. Which is a plus mark. Loved it though and happy to recommend someone looking for a good shopping.

Replace though large, arranged in a very tacky way.... Clothes section , especially is a big chaos... The staff in the clothes section found in group and talking , but if asked for some help... No way... The staff in crockery section is good and helpful... The linen section, the vegetable section again is a rut... You will be approched by mant mobile vendors.. !!!! So at the end of 3 hours... you end up shopping 3-4 items with experiences...

With new layout of store there is a wide range of collections though from limited brands.Sadly nither prices nor discounts are what they used to be like.

The recently added Food Gully is a boon to customers to eat at a reasonable price. They should add to the menu. I love this addition in Big Bazaar.

No discount at Big Bazar Kapurbawdi better go to Dmart In Kolshet Road.

Pathetic store. Counter moves in slowest speed. Either card machine does not work or there is confusion in one or other products cost, bar code etc. Just a queue of 5 will need to wait for more than half an hour though each have 6 to 7 goods in hand. Training and better infra must to have else it only irritates buyer.

Tried calling them for assistance during these trying times but they picked up the phone and kept it on hold so that we cant call back again. Big Bazaar promised home delivery in thane but on calling the number provided for placing order its coming switched off. This is pathetic.

Queues at counters are way too long. A lot of items such as fresh vegetables and fruits have different prices written at their respective counters and different at check out counters.For some items bar codes wont work and staff would ask you to get another item and stand in queue once again.Prices in general are hyped.Disappointed

Nice range of products. But discounted rates are still high as compared to DMart products. Food Billing counter is too far from sweet corner. Which is annoying. No warranty given on electrical LED items which is not justifiable.

The place has been well done post renovation and it has given it a new look.different sections have been well spaced out and items appear more fresh than it used to be available pre renovation.Fruits and vegetables too have been quite fresh but price wise its not at par with market.The place looks as good as deserted except during sale days, it means it is not frequented during regular days

All in one roof . I have been a regular customer of Big bazaar since many years but now a days I feel it is more for the upper or upper middle class. Costly. Few jewelries I bought some months back was not at all worth the cost. First when launched it claimed to be one of the cheapest marketing places and for all. Now the objective seems to have changed. Had been to a nearby unit just few days back couldnt feel like buying many things which I wanted to, coz the price tags!!

It is now well laid out and range also looks good ,however the key advantage it had of better pricing is lost and most of the items are on MRP.Staff is plenty but not helpful .it has a better appeal post renovation. Bakery though prominently located is quite expensive and hence less frequented.Home delivery of orders continues and hence is a plus point.Apart from grocery and electronics ,even garments are available at the same venue at Brand factory ,so one visit can make up for two purposes.

Good place to find some real good clothes in fbb and would suggest going on some festive seasons as there would be sale so that can find good quality clothes at reasonable prices. About other stuff is also same at times of sales is reasonable but not otherwise

No one to guide.Discount flags deceptive. Took long time at cash counter as only 2 counters were open on Saturday afternoon. For around 15 minutes only one counter.

Here very limited varieties are available. Although prices are discounted its beneficial for Payback customers only. First timers and non card holders are disappointed.

Big Bazaar at Majiwada ,Thane (W ) is a Best place for Marketing & for viewing Picture Movies in Theatre . The Theatre is Well Cleaned & having all Fire Fighting Systems N Emergency Exits . We may visit Big Bazaar at least once for Festival Purchasing with Discounts & for observing Picture Movie in Well AC Theatre .

It has been well renovated and now looks like an upscale supermarket unlike the previous outlook it had. However, prices are not attractive and today most of the items are sold at MRPearlier price was a major crowd puller at this center, more than working class people around this center, now though people have been thronged to the place as it used to be apart except for the times when there were 3-4 times a year in super sales. The electronic items dependability is more likely to be a brand which is not popular in the given segment.

The express counters are useless. It is closed most of the time.. and the excelator is not working for more than 7months now.. the staff was very rude when asked why the express counters are closed.. they said it was supposed to be turned on only on Saturdays and Sundays... I had to stand for 20-30 mins for 2 freaking items. I have gone to various big bazaar.. but this is the only outlet I have seen this kind of staff and policies. Very disappointed by the service.

Good place to get all kinds of stuff. It’s got everything from groceries to stationary, from electronics to mobile phones, from crockery and utensils to clothes. Every thing is available over here the one less star has been given by me because the mall it is located in has practically become isolated and no one visits the mall because it only has a cinema that is properly functioning.

Much crowded place and not for those who want to buy limited number of items. During their sabse saste 5 din, they didnt had card swap machine for the items less than 10.I had to talk to their 3-2 people who obviously behaved like govt employees to tell me go to that person one after another. They should improve this if they WISH to provide quick services to its customers.
