Such a pethetic society. Some people are very nosy.. they dont even know when to knock someones gate.. highly unprofessional.People here create issue for small small things.. neighbours show they are ver good but they are actually not good..Have stayed in multiple societies earlier but have seen such disgusting people here for the first time..

Nice Location with Mountain View in manpada, Thane, climate is awesome, here I post the entrance of it of night time. Road to reach is now well Constructed, quite place and opp to famous Tikuji ni Wadi water park

Frequent power cuts faced in Phase 1 although the society is good, feels like your are living at a hill station.Shops are at 5-10 mins walking distance away. The environment here is cooler as the society is just besides National Park.

Nearest station is Thane. It is on the west side of Thane. Sharing autos are available for Manpada. From there one can take metre auto to come down to this place. Though it is in Thane, the place is quite peaceful.It it was useful, kindly like/comment

If you love nature and sensitive to climate its the perfect place for you. Commuting by public transport is difficult and better to have own arrangements.

New residential society. Opposite Tikujiniwadi water park. Very bad road condition for the last 400 odd meters after Happy Valley. Society itslef is good. Nice building and good amenities.

I am providing a review for Kalpataru Hills in Manpada, Thane. 2 BHK flats are relatively compact with large loading between built up(920 and 1000 Sq ft) and carpet area(569 and 620 Sq ft). Good clubhouse and amenities. Maintenance charges of around 4500 prler month. Close to Dmart and RMall and walking distance from Ghodbunder Rd.

I am owner of a flat in kalpataru hills.so my review is based on my experience.I am bound to write this review after experiencing unpleasant ,biased behavior of club house staffs and the manager of the club house of kalpataru Hills. All of them are biased and do favor to someone to whom they like or who is apple of there eyes,they do ignore complaints of others.Complaint is complaint,either it is received by one person or from 10 persons. Why management of club house is so adamant and they don’t act upon complaint of single person who is facing some or other issues here.In the club house there is no yoga room.Gym trainer is very much biased and not behave well with all members.He do buttering to service here to some of members and do ignore and show arrogance to others.Let me know ,who is he to ignore a flat owner?But the authorities won’t take any action against him as he is the only instructor in Thane or Mumbai.What is the reason I am really surprised.Below review is written one year back—- in 2018,now it’s 2020 started,there is no improvement,the staff are here arrogant not up to mark.Kalpataru hills authorities,It’s my suggestion to you people,please keep genuine guys and educated people to the society premicy to maintain your reputation.Current staffs,particularly gym trainer,is not up to mark of this society.Warm regardsAsha GarekarKalpataru hills,thane,man panda.An update,the management of health club is very poor in kalpataru hills.After residing few months,an update....Pipes of geejar is blocked from inside,need to break entire bathroom wall to prepare it...Bedroom wall having some leakage issue,my cupboards woods are coming out...Washing machine pipe is again chocked from inside.... dont know how to get repaired it,as its all inside...this is a newly build building and so costly.... maintenance charges are also around 5095 rs per month for 1bhk...

Its in a great place close to the Tiku jini wadi. Only minor issue would be of groceries as there are not many stores close by. Over all for the ambience I feel its great as it offers serenity.

A kalptru hills good Residential green and freshly environment good Atmosphere , road bad but normally to travel to Kalptru hills
