Its a total waste of time and money...They r fraud..When I enquired for job over phone firstly they said that my age limit is crossed for backend job. But I can work as a HR in their agency to which I said no. Then after sometime my interview was taken over the phone where I was told that I can get job for back end executive. So they asked me to pay Rs.200 for application form and called me next day to their thane office for the interview again..As I reached the place my documents were collected and Mr.Mishra took my interview. Where he explained the job process and ensured me that he will try for back end job and again gave me the option of working as a HR Recruiter at their place. He convinced me and asked me to pay Rs 874 towards registration charges fees, which I paid instantly. He said me to come one day prior to joining, take the joining letter and I will be given a brief about the job. So I went as directed to take my joining letter and I was told that I am not selected for backend job due to my age limitations. And they told to start working in their office as HR Recruiter. I enquired to one of the staff about this. She said u will never get backend job as my age is bit high for the post. IT WAS A SHOCKER FOR ME. I wasted my money and still continued to work as Hr Recruiter as I was in need of work . Its been 2 months now since April 2021 I was working there and yet my salary is not given...Due to lockdown I cant travel to office so nobody from the office respond to my calls and messages.There are cheaters and Fraudsters...Please dont go here..Save ur time , money and energy and stay alert from such fraud people...

Dont waste your money or time. There are totally fraud people. They taken money from you and give fake promises about job and after one or two month they give you some fool people contact who also do money demand for job and they also waste your money or time...

This is a fraud company.i contacted Jamila mam she instructed me that it will be a training of 3 months in bsnk and u will get job permanent but these people are fraud we paid 1200/-rupees and they gave job in bpoehich was not informed at all..and for documents verification they told us to bring affidavit and all ..as we r born and brought in India only unnecessary they want harass people..I will sue and I will send that this company is totally closed........if u r want to save money and time dont go behind these fraud people...

I found job very next day in HDFC bank. Really worth of money they charged. I referred my 2 friends also they also got offer letter immediately. Thanks to R max. .

I applied for a job through indeed & then I got a mail as I am selected & there was an HR Anita number I contact her & she called me to there office Arihant Tower Basement, next to wanan hari peth & sons,Thane west.There she gave me an application form & take 100rs from me then she send me to her boss (Mishra).After he told me we have openings in back office in hdfc bank & payment arround 18k to 20k thousand for that job I have to work for call centre for 3 months on 9k thousand salary after that i will get HDFC bank back office job I have to pay arround 850 RS them after they give me offer latter.Important point before you visit RMax consultancy1)when you contact HR Anita pls confirm that which job offer they give to you.Call centre/bank back officeAfter that you pay 100RS & ask receipt for that.2)I have to work for HDFC bank back office why I have to take training in call center for 3 months.Why they not provide training in bank office on 9 thousand salary.3)after completion of 3months training they give you any legal documents about HDFC bank joining.Please noteI lost my 100rsBefore you pay something to them confirm everything & ask everything in receipt.Please friends in Mumbai lots of placement agency provide job in call center without charge any money just you have to give interview.
