Really nice view from my living room. You dont need to be in Mahabaleshwar or Lonavala. Even thane can give you better views. The energy in my home is really very positive and I always get good vibes. Construction is really good. Parking is awesome. The lobbies are spacious. All facilities are good.

Decent locality. Decent building. Rooms are not that big. But have park for children in society also a Childrens Park infront of the society. Finishing of the house not that good. We had to followup with the builder for finishing for 1 month since we moved to our home here. Doors were not properly painted. Fittings in bathroom were chipped. Tiles in Bathroom was broken. Having water problem after 1 week of moving to the house but that is the problem everywhere in godbundher.

Sukur Enclave is located near to anad nagar and Vijay nagri. good place to leave. All required Shop is on walkable distance.Sukur enclave is the new constructed society.

Nice locality to stay

If you are planning to rent flat here . Think twice. If you own a car and landowner dont have car parking then you have to park your car outside the compound 2. If you want to rent parking people will tell you monopolistic prices. 3. Domestic helps are not easy to find as for them its too interior. 3. If you dont have vehicle and need auto rickshaw then its a lucky day if you get one. Otherwise you need to walk all the way to krish corner 4. Dish TV is not allowed to install in terrace so again you end up another monopolistic vendor who charge you more than dish TV for unreliable service. 5. For ladies if you walk towards compound after 9.30 pm , then road near unnati woods is dark and lonely. 6.balconies in Flats are so small that rainwater comes straight in house if door opened.
