Yuck even demons wont go there absolutely unclean filled with hawkers ,and more and call centre folks frequently be around this place as food is available on and more 24/7 day and night and authorities turn a Nelsons eye would be Godsent help if they do something and keep it that way forever . I reside here. All facilities nearby be it hospital, market, restaurants, Schools, malls etc. Good construction quality with ample parking, small play area, nice view from your window and round the clock security.

Loved this place.Comfortable residential facility. Great atmosphere. Market is near by so everything is available at a close distance.There is a sea back water place near by to stroll and enjoy your evening.At a walkable distance transportation is available very easily for any place. There are big malls and restaurants near by. And you may buy a rs 5 Gajra for your wife/girlfriend from the market near by.😊As compared to many areas of Mumbai this place is quieter and less crowded. You can have an evening walk on the walking place made on the sides of the main road.

Located at the beginning of the stretch of developments in the Godhbunder road, its a wonderful location. Overlooking the Godhbunder lake its an exceptionally well situated settlement. Building is new and very good construction.
