Please DO NOT give your laptop here. Pathetic service. They formatted the original windows and gave a duplicate one. After 4 months of servicing, we started getting notifications that the windows is expiring. When we went to the original dell service centre, we were told about their doing. Even the keyboard that they had changed was duplicate and the keys started coming out. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST YOUR LAPTOPS WITH THEM. Kindly make an extra effort to go to authorised service centres and you’ll be saving a lot in the long run.
