Brought Croma Fridge It Has 3years of warranty But it Stopped working within 3months.. Calling several times to get it repaired but no one is bother to come and solve the problem. They are saying mam Jese bandh hua wesa chalu bhi hojayega. Now what should i expect from such brand. Total waste of money and disgusting customer service.

Croma executive Mr. Nitin helped us right from product purchase till it is installed, there was lot of follow-up needed with installation partner but Mr. Nitin took care of it. Full marks to customer support.1 star less just because I didnt not find much offers with respect to Credit Cards and Finance options compared to reliance digital.

Big store. Staff is courteous. Mr Amit, Mr Sanket and Mr. Vinod guided us from choose of right choice of ac to billing. They are non impatient if you dont buy anything, they still help, which is a right attitude. There was a billing issue which was resolved after several rounds of consultation. I bought Whirlpool inverter ac, got it installed. I would like them to be more realistic about the estimation of installation charges.

Worst experience bought a croma refrigerator. With 3 yrs warranty. Has been facing a lot of issues with it. It stops working frequently. Had 4 tech visit problem still not solved. No body ready to help us out. Tried contacting call center no one is interested to see the problem. Technicians are also making fake promises for visit.

WHILE BUYING CHECK PRICE ON AMAZON AND REPORT THEM. THEY ACCEPT ITBought my AC from here. While buying, I found AC with same specs & brand but with lesser cost on Amazon. So I showed it to them. They discounted the price to the one displayed on Amazon. Additionally we can get bank discounts if applicable and no cost EMI sometimes not available on Amazon. Moreover, we can contact Croma if we find any problems with our appliances instead of running for customer cares.
