Croma stores are generally good for shopping electronic items. This time around, they may not have Diwali special offers although they have offers all around the year. This time I had gone a bit late, 15 min before closing time and yet the salesman helped me with the products I was looking for even though he seemed in hurry. I had previously purchased products from Croma and my experience was great at that time.

We had gr8 experience purchasing a smart watch from the store. Customer service was awesome. The service personnel (Bhanu) was really helpful, explaining and setting up the gadget with expertise.

Staff is good, however, can educate them more on the product usage and features. Overall product range was satisfactory. Can improve billing efficiency.

Very Bad service!The staff promised delivery of a washing machine the very next day. Its the 3rd day today and after multiple follow-ups not yet got the washing machine. Call-centre says that it cannot be delivered today.Staff also cross sold AC maintenance contract, but trying to log a request and arranging for the Service is another big issue, again its taken 3 days and no sign of the maintenance guy.Cannot rely on Croma for delivery, takes the same time as an online purchase if not longerHave been a big fan of Croma in the past, however this latest experience has been pathetic.

Purchased a Voltas Air Conditioner from Croma (Ghodbunder Rd). Sales staff was friendly, Feroz was helpful and knowledgeable. Product was delivered next day and installed the day after. Throughout the process until delivery and installation, Diptesh was tracking and kept me informed. One should be careful and verify the extra charges (lengths of copper tubing/ cable required/ three pin etc) informed by the installation staff (who from the A/C company) as this can be surprisingly high. I didnt get a receipt for the items purchased for installation. Overall pleasant experience, will buy from Croma again.

I , have been a regular client of Croma since a long time.Last year I purchased a Croma TV on 24.09.2020. Since the beginning immediately after installation I started facing problems with the sound output of Croma TV , still I managed to bear with the same. But after a few days the sound again started cracking up. I had to raise a complaint and call the technical again. I had to get the speakers replaced for the new CROMA TV.Now , after completing just about a year , again the CROMA TV has stopped working.This is really disappointing and very inconvenient to raise complaints and call technicians again and again for a new product purchased.I and my family are very unhappy with this purchase of CROMA TV , A TATA PRODUCT.A very disappointing experience from CROMA , A TATA PRODUCT.Thank you.
