Reply: I have been in touch for 3 days rates werent provided, when provided person asked me to visit store pay and get the stuff when I reach there products were not available as I took good amount for the system, person said come tomorrow again I revisited the store again, still there were no proper response, I have given in written again but person said will call tomorrow. People dont reply on whatsapp , no call back service,I called back rates changed person again asked me to visit? What is this nonsense? when I get back to the person I enquired before coming to you things were also sold out there,. You just kept your 10yrs old customer waiting with such low response ratio., This isnt the way to treat a customer as we are not taking free but you made me feel loss.Poor services, fake rates of products then they suddenly change, when you reach to the store after enquiry they will change the rates and behaviour of owner and staff isnt worth like they are giving products for free. I will never give good ratings to them. My suggestion better to go to other store instead of this

Like many others this shop also sell duplicate items calling them original. Very sweet-talking till you do not point out their cheating. They suddenly become rude in such cases. They simply said they cant help as it is out of warranty.Please dont buy anything from this shop. They are selling all cheap stuff.Further to your reply, the staff didnt check. We told him, that the laptop is not starting, to which he said, since its not starting we cannot help. If this is called good service, then you are wrong. From your reply, it seems timer was indeed set, as laptop crashed exactly 10days after the warranty period, which gives the impression that the product is of sub standard quality.
