I would not recommend this company for the following reasons:1) The project director thinks too high of himself. During interviews he will be normal but right from the day of joining, he will neither provide you with training nor any support to do the work but will want you to finish the task. Even after finishing the task, he will always find faults and criticize you for the same. He will always try putting you down and proving you incompetent.2) The HR will not provide you any documents on time. You need to followup for the same multiple times but they will work as per their whims and fancies.3) They will make you sign a bond of 2 years on a very low salary and will make you work alot. The treatment by the director is also bad on many occasions.4) The company is only for the benefits of top employees else others have to just follow orders else they are fired.5) They are just concerned with building their brand name and not at all employee friendly.Request any fresher also not to join this company. Not worth it.Wish there was an option of Zero rating.
