The whole resort provides a wonderful experience especially for families with kids but not only. Food is excellent and in a good variety, rooms are big, close to the beach, pools are fun. There are a lot of activities to do here.

The place is nice, the food is great, and the personnel is kind. The 4 days that we stayed there, passed very fast!

View, very nice from the hotel, infinity pools, and from the little island between the 2 beaches, room was ok (deluxe one), negative will be entrance in water full of alges and rocks(you need slippers), food was not diversified but good taste. Overall i would give it a 7 out of 10.

Great experience. Clean rooms and pools, friendly staff, great food, plenty of activities for children and adults (yoga on the beach, football, darts, zumba). Mini aquaparc on the forth floor of Main building and another one for smaller children near the beach...could not get bored if you wanted to...ok, maby if you try hard...

Beautiful, for sure we wish to come back again

Large and well assorted hotel with many activities for especially children, including two large swimming pool areas with water slides and activity room open most days. Beach is close with shallow water and sunbeds along with small restaurant. Hotel restaurant has the usual all inclusive menus and can be quite crowded at both breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Very nice location, secluded and with good amnieties. Looks like a village, with the apartments and studios having air conditioning, fridge, microwave, stove and everything you need to do some basic cooking, although you have all inclusive.

All inclusive is superb and the studios by the terrace are spot on clean and spacious. Will return!

Dont be surprised, go straight😃!I can say that this is one of the best hotels in all of Bulgaria!There is a very wide selection of food and drinks.The only downside is that the beach is not very nice, but on the other hand there are many pools!The staff is extremely polite and kind!The hotel has animators who made our vacation unforgettable. The program was great !!We will definitely be back next year😁!

An ideal place to relax, located on a beautiful bay. The architecture is well cut with a lot of free space for relaxation. The staff, in large capacity, polite and very attentive to vacationers. Very nice location. Good food, spacious rooms that look great but TOP were the entertainers. Especially Pepy and Deny. Very nice but all of them especially. Various activities that help you get out of the monotony. I send you a very good energy, always with a smile on your face.

A wonderful place to relax. Friendly and responsive staff, good hygiene and great food. The complex is well thought out to perfection. The beach is small, but there are very well maintained pools.Unpleasant feeling makes it difficult to find a parking space. Also our impression that the tourist service is mainly oriented to Romanian tourists.

The place is not bad for a family vacation. Quiet beach, large rooms. All inclusive is far from ideal, a meager selection of dishes that run out quickly. But you can rent an apartment with a kitchen and cook yourself

The apartments are excellent, the food is good and diverse, the auxiliary services are good! Underground parking could be further illuminated! Excellent beach (for all inclusive!)! There is a market near the Reception area with program until 23 (ALDO). Prices ok at the market! I always come back with pleasure!

It is mega kid-friendly place that is e.g. Many activities for both small and large children. There are some very nice pools and water slide they have. Their food is top notch. I can recommend this place to families with children.

Overall, the lagoon is very good. The highest level of service. Cozy and beautiful rooms. Delicious food in the restaurant. Wonderful staff. Wi-Fi, really not very. And there are very few attractions. Basically, this is a purely family, relaxed holiday. On the territory you can only spend time in the restaurant, have a drink at the bar and at the sea, of course. But still a good place

Perfect vacation spot, unique location

7-day stay between 1-7.09, accessible location, ok food, quiet, shows for children, gymnastics for adults. Internal supermarket and a clothing store with affordable prices. The staff at the reception note 9, is an individual who answers any problem with maybe we solve, which is not ok.A big minus is the water of sulfurous nature, which you do not imagine flowing at the springs, no, here it flows at the tap. For those who dont know, I explain them briefly: sulfurous water contains relative amounts of sulfur, which makes it smell horrible, from the smell of mud to rotten eggs ... and imagine brushing your teeth with so water, wash a fruit for the child etc .... its awful.If it eliminated this minus it would be good.Another problem would be the reservations ... because they are not respected, for example we chose the Sea version and we were assigned Park, which is ok, however our choice was not respected, so expect that. The water in the sea and at the pool is cold, only in this area, because it is a pontoon of stavilopozi and keeps the water cold here. I went 1km further north and the water is ok, warm. The beach is ok, there are no stones in the world.Small problem with bathroom hygiene, there is a little black mold on the floor in the shower.Finally, overall grade 8, can be even better.To visit: Dalboka - shellfish farm, Kaliakra Cape - ancient ruins from the 4th century and at the end you can see dolphins swimming.If anything else comes to mind, Ill be back.

This place is peaceful and otherwise comfortable. This is in the middle of the woods and near the beach. Other hotels are next door, but you must take the bus if you dont have a car. At least during Midsummer, there are a lot of Swedes here. Personally, I wrote this in 2017 on Midsummer.

Everything was level - the hotel, the beach and the food

The location is very beautiful. The reception staff is a bit rude and the payment is best for you. It also accepts euros and lei, but they exchange your currency at a much higher price

I am not satisfied with the service. Big queues for food. Poor attitude of the staff towards the Bulgarians.
