My experience of buying electronic item locally was pathetic. I purchased TV from this outlet and they have send defective piece(faulty speakers). They should have check before delivering the item. We had to wait for 18days for the Replacement of speakers from Samsung service center.

I have purchased panasonic microwave from them on 2/08/2020 they told us that they will deliver the product on the same they.......but they failed to deliver on the same day,microwave was delivered to me on next day which is 3/08/2020 which was still okay.the guy which came to deliver told us that do not open the product if you do so ..and if there is some damage then they wouldnt consider it and he also told me that another guy will call you on that day and will come to your place to show the demo ...i kept on calling usha agencies again and again but they just told me aree mam aaj aa jayega demo wala But they kept on delaying it.Today is 6/08/2020 (10:18pm)but no one has called me or have come for the demo purpose.The two salesman involved here are imran and shanu,they cant handle customer properly,i had very bad experience with themwhoever is reading my comment,ihave an advice for you if you live in mumbra donot buy any products from them instead go for DIGI 1 they are far better then them they are just 5-6 shops away from usha...please go there...in short what i wanted to tell is there after sale service is worst,if you buy any products from usha remember donot expect any after sale service with themHoping my comment will help some one, and will save him/her to stop wasting money here.very upset from them for their behaviour

Pathetic 1st time experience and there was no professionalism by Salesman in Mumbra branch. After sale service very very bad.. Salesman do not bother for customer concerns. At the time of AC purchase salesman will give details about AC without doubt but will not mention after sale cost customer need to bear. Standard installation charges are 1200 for AC taken by this agency but they dont tell customer that installation is not done by the Company for which u buy AC instead they send local AC technician for installation. You get to know this only on the day of installation. Also the add on cost like 250 per feet for additional copper pipe is told by technician only and not by salesman. When you bring this to the Salesman attention that he didnt informed earlier for price per feet he will talk to you very very casually.. You get to think that this is not the same person who talk to u earlier before you paid amount. So basically what they care is only inducing customers to buy.. Hell then whatever is the issue is issue of customer. They dont care.. There are other reputed dealers in market who will be giving much more then you pay and most importantly they care for customers.. Usha Agency thumbs down from my experience.

Three days back I took a 2 ton AC Voltas from Usha Agencies mumbra.I was treated good and long good statements were given about good customer service etc.I was told that the AC will be delivered very next day but they delivered a day later.The delivery came but I see that the copper wire was missing in the box how could this happen it’s a company fitting how can a copper wire from new box is missed If not open.This delayed my installation of which was supposed to be done very next day as per the long promises made by Usha.This tragedy happened and I was told on a day after the copper wire will be delivered and then installation will be done later again their customer service calls and tells that it will be done tomorrow, again delay happened.While buying do we give less money ? No then why we should tolerate such behaviour and service from Usha , I personally recommend not to buy any product from Usha Mumbra as the worst service I have seen from a branded Usha vendor with all false promises and Worst turnarounds.i have bought whole home appliances from Croma thane and very next day all delivery happened it was fridge, tv,Ac,oven and many more and here only I bought AC and this ridiculous service I got.As usual one of the worst agencies in mumbra , I recommend digi 1 good as this as they always give what they tell and do it in time. If after reading this still others go then I would say we are blind or illiterate.Sufiyan Khan
