The food is ok. I ordered the Rice Bowl and Frankie, both were okish. The Chicken rice Bowl, the rice was flavourful but the two chicken gravies were very dry and mild. The frankie had mint and cheesy taste but not worth the price.

Found live cockroaches in both wraps I ordered yesterday. It was such a bad experience. I even took a bite from both before noticing that a cockroach was crawling in the box. This is the worst thing that can happen. I request all of you. Please do not order from Faasos.

Pathetic service through swiggy and zomato, they always deliver wrong item, if ordered from these apps... It has happened manier times with me... Their quality and taste is degrading day by day... If u order for crisp bake bread, it will always be a burnt one. Think twice before ordering from manpada fasoos. Worthless

I dont know what the other review is about but I love faasos and they have really good food not so much value for money but when you combine it with offers and stuff its adequate.

Horrible service. Literally had to wait an hour and a half for 2 wraps. The staff is really unfriendly and rude. The worst service by any take away joint ever. Dont even get me started on their food. After waiting for so long the order I received was pathetic and cold. Wont suggest this place to anyone!

The staff and store at the Thane outlet are very professional. Had a problem with an order placed online but was dealt with very efficiently. Thank you.
