Mi phones are good. Have been using them for 3 years now. Visited the store yesterday and walked out in 15 minutes with a purchase of a good phone. Good phones at an affordable price.

These people should update if store is opened or closed. I reached this store with my friend who wanted to gift someone a phone, I reached at 12pm as it was showing open on Google maps but I found that the store was closed, so what type of professionalism is this ?

No stock available even for mi laptop and they dont even know when will stock come they dont want to sell the laptop i think

Demotivating staff. They did not have latest TV which is already available in Vijay sales.No finance options available in this store.When I went there to buy latest MI Android TV, the staff did not have it first of all, and they were trying to convince me to buy an old model saying that 4K technology is still not available in India so its not worth buying a new model.The staff reacts as they do not care if you buy from there or not.It was not a good experience visiting this outlet of MI store at Thane near Vijay Sales.

On internet it is mentioned that store is open. But when I have reached there the store is closed.

The mobiles are on display that are out of stock and never getting stocked up. They dont try to understand the requirement of the customer. They have limited lines to say while demonstration of mobiles. Horrible experience

Customer service is poor. phone and other products are not available And staff is also poor.I visit this store to buy a phone.But staff says that other phone are not available.Only and only redmi note 8 pro is available.I dont judge the mi company or products. The company and their products are greatBut please pay attention on mi stores and on mi staff.THANK YOU

To buy new mi series phone or redmi series phone you have go 3 to 4 time to mi store.They even tell that when will be stock available to the store. They tell visit the store and ask that stock is available or not

Specifically this office I didn’t liked as visited at 11:30 am during g weekday to avoid customer rush. But surprisingly their was no one in the store to attend me. I called if someone at the reception but no one was their. It was like no one was their to attend any customer. Waited for 10 mins then a cleaner came and he came to me to asked if I wanted to see any store person. He went outside and called someone who was wearing MI T-shirt. I assumed that he is the supposed to be person at the store.After 25 minutes of wait time that came and asked me if he can help me. I asked him about MI product wanted to buy. He said it’s available and he need to get it. He went somewhere for another 5-7 minutes and came empty hand. He informed me that product is out of stock since last 1 week.I asked him to check if product is available in any other MI store. Initially he refused and said its not possible as they don’t have such facility. I requested him at least he can call nearby MI offices and check. Finally he called someone and did something on reception computer and said product might be available at MI Kalyan store.Again I asked him if product is available in any store in Mumbai can he arrange to get product at Thane store as I can wait till evening 9 PM.He straight forward refused MI can’t do such things.Actually I was looking for a particular product to gift someone close that is why I was trying to get that product as it was requested.In such a advance IT world I had never expected such a behavior. This was the first time I went to MI store as I had heard a lot from my friends and others.Product would have been awesome as what I have heard but service was very very poor.After spending close to 2 hrs which I was trying to avoid during office hours I decided to get another stuff for some-other brand.MI has lost a customer for life time. I would never ever go to MI store to get any product as if after getting any product similar treatment I might get if any service will be required.So if you are planning to buy MI products think of service also if any required in future.

Store is good but few staff is not being good with you especially jab aap thode middle class ke ho to. Jab bhi aap jao achhe kapde pehan ke jao Varna staff aapse achhe se baat nhi krega. Ye baat dhyan me rakhna. Over sab thik hai.

Koi service to acchi nahi. Close ka time 4 pm aur 3 pm ko band rehta hai.
