The store for dine in was closed however was only open for online orders. So I ordered double chocolate chips (after so long). I could not think of anything apart from white mocha and double chocolate chip at that time. At first it was pretty pale so I got it exchanged and then it turned out to be great..(If you dont know already Starbucks has this policy to get your drinks exchanged if you dont like it, just like dominos). And the staff was very friendly he help me with a new drink immediately. I so wanted to sit and chill there. Ill visit this store probably after the covid situation is controlled. Loved the ambiance.

If youre a person who like Starbucks food & beverages and want to take take away its a good place. But if youre looking to work for office or need some place for meeting or similar this isnt the place. Too crowdy and noisy place.We had Java chip and Duo Mocha Frappuccino loved Java chip but as its says duo we found it similar to Mocha Frappuccino disappointed with Duo Mocha.Also we tried peri peri Croissant disappointed with same it was soft and was not even firm even to hold its shape and that flaky texture was totally absent 1/5 rating for Croissant.

Starbucks has always been my go to spot for my coffee cravings. The Hiranandani Meadows branch is one of those place where I always feel delighted from entering in the cafe to exiting. The staff over there is much polite and trained. Will definitely recommend to visit this whenever around.

During this lockdown period, suddenly got Starbucks coffee craving so decided to visit Starbucks outlet at manpada, so this average sized store has pleasing ambience and courteous staff. As I reached the store , the gate keeper opened the door who was wearing gloves , firstly gave me sanitizer then checked my temperature and then allowed me to proceed , the person at the counter had his mask on plus there’s a shield provided between the person who takes your order and us, then the service was quick , taste was the same tasty one.

They are ensuring that there’re gaps in between two tables. They’re maintaining hygiene and the restroom is really clean. You can make the contactless payment and the service is really good. The Sanjeev Kapoor’s signature dish was really good.

Best brewed coffee in thane

Good service and excellent staff..but the place was too noisy....Noise of brewing machine made us diffcult to talk and discuss...Had a good time with buisness client.

The lady was not giving proper information! And mislead us and as we have Starbucks card we asked her if we are going to get the reward or not first she said yes and after the payment when we were not having the reward point then we asked her again she said you need to pay from the Starbucks card! You should have told us that when we paid you from our normal bank card! She even told us that the offer is valid till 20th so we can use it multiple time! But after that another guy came and told us no you can’t! Such a bad experience we had here! Don’t get mislead guys! We are paying money so don’t mislead us! This Starbucks is not good at all.

Overhyped just like any international brand in India. After visiting stores around South East Asia and the US , the Indian one stands in pale comparison. The service is slow. We ordered a lemon cake with coffee today . I specifically told the lady at the counter to warm the cake before serving. She served a frozen cake right out of the refrigerator. The merchandise is also very lame.Starbucks you can do better!!

Good place but a tad small

A smaller than usual, cosy Starbucks. Currently half the capacity is blocked for social distance. Good staff, good location, nice lighting and decent menu. A bit high on noise level.

Few days befor i went the n i found thy dont provide bill wen u buy some thing. and alao i orderd for 2 coffee and thay gave only 1 and than thy said sorry bymistk. in mumbai i saw 1st tym this typ of treat. female was handling billing n order counter

The place was closed for sitting inside the premises .only take away was allowed.myself,my son & his friend ordered various coffees.they probably charged extra bucks then normal rate due to lockdown quality was ok.we took two glasses of cold coffees for home,it took about 45 minutes for us to reach home. By the time we reached home the froth in the coffee had setteled & what seemed to be full glass of coffee came down to half.hence I feel taste wise as well as quantity wise it is not worth it.you can get better coffee at many other places at cheaper rates.I think mostly people come here for status symbol.
