Chai Villa is a hidden surprise near Thane station, beside Cannon. It is a tiny outlet. It has attained a widespread reach in a short period of time. Visited this place to try their Chocolate coffee. Worth just ₹40, taste is great, hints of bitterness and sweetness of chocolate. Theres a modest amount of chocolate, both in flavour and as pieces and sprinkles.Their service is a bit slow. Had to wait for long. And at the same time, theres a chair for only 2. Would like to try their sandwiches some day.

Chai villa is 5 mins walk ahead of Thane Railway station. It has a wide range of teas , sandwiches , frankie & burgers. Service is quick and staff is friendly.The food here is really good, too. In sandwiches we tried samosa toast Sandwich which was really delicious. We also tried paneer cheese frankie.Their cold beverages were fantastic, personal favourites. A newly opened joint serving a variety of teas, cold coffees, and sandwiches at pocket-friendly rates. Its located at a walkable distance from Thane railway station and is right besides Tip Top Mithaiwala. Its just five months old and specializes in different teas which are prepared using all the natural ingredients and are served in reusable, environment-friendly cups. Their sandwiches need a lot of improvement as the filling just falls off and I strongly think that they should only stick to cheese and corn when it comes to Cheese Corn sandwich. Chai Villa accepts party, marriage, and corporate orders. They also provide home delivery through Zomato and Swiggy. I hope they get their fridge repaired at the earliest because our cold coffee and chocolate cold coffee with ice cream would have tasted much better if it would have been chilled. Veggie Cheese sandwich: If you love cheese, you’ll definitely like this one! It was hot and piping, filled with the right amount of cheese. Best part is that it is hygienic, they’re very clean!2. Chai Villa is an upgraded version of the local chai ki tapri. You get a variety of teas and coffees as well as cold beverages and sandwiches!We ordered:Special Chai- Hot tea with traces of ginger, that adds a good flavor. This was served in a clay cup.Bournvita- The usual Bournvita served in a thermocol cup. This was extremely hot, I had to allow it sit for 20 minutes before taking the second sip.Lemon Ice Tea- Lemon ice tea with hints of jalgira. A nice, refreshing drink.Ice cream and chocolate cold coffee- cold coffee served in a tall glass with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzled with chocolate shavings. This was definitely the best drink, totally loved it!Cheese corn sandwich- Cheese, corn & finely chopped veggies stuffed sandwich, toasted and covered with grated cheese. This sandwich was filling and tasted good.Cheese Veggie Sandwich- Very similar to the Cheese corn sandwich, except that this one did not have corn. The rest of the ingredients were the same.The outlet is really tiny which makes it cramped it. The hygiene level is not great too. Also, the crockery used is not sturdy and presentable at all (served tea in a chipped clay cup and hot bournvita served in thermocol cups, the cups literally became soggy!). The staff were having an argument in the midst of customers and there was no coordination among them. I visited this place today. It is very easy to find as it is very near to the station besides tiptop mithaiwala.If you want to have quick snacks with tea, this is the place for you.Here is what we tried:Ice-cream & Chocolate cold coffee : Cold coffee with Ice-cream and chocolate on the top.Everything was put together so nicely.Chocolate cold coffee: Now this one tasted very heavenly. Highly Recommended.Mayonnaise toast sandwich: and when they say mayonnaise It is lot of mayonnaise which make the sandwich very tasty that you cant miss.Tandoori Paneer Sandwich : Trust me it tasted amazing. Perfect crisp with perfect flavor. It was one of the best sandwich I have tasted.Coming to teas, they have a lot of varieties in tea.we tried Gud ki chai which is very unique and healthy, served in kulhad tasted the best.Also we found out this amazing option they have to customize your tea, so We customized it to have Pudina and Elaichi which again turned out to be very strong and tasty same as we wanted.Also would like to mention that they also serve Pohe at minimal price of 20/- if you are fan of traditional breakfast chai and pohe like me !Now big plus of this place is everything is on budget. Tea will cost you 10-20rs Coffee 30-50 and sandwiches also ranges between 40-70rs. It will not harm your pocket but this doesnt compromises with the quality. Owner and the staff is very friendly and humble.Go visit this place if not already. If you have visited already, then You will definitely visit next time :P

Chai villa is located just 5min walk from thane station.It is a perfect place for monsoon season because they have many types of teas, different types of sandwiches and cold coffees.We opted for tandoori paneer sandwich,ice tea,Gud ki chai and ice cream and chocolate coffee.- Tandoori paneer sandwich was crispy and has yummy tandoori sauce in that.This was our personal favourite.- Gud ki chai was a new addition in their menu.This chai has nice taste of Gul.- Ice tea is perfect to get relief from humidity.- ice cream and chocolate coffee came in regular glass with vanilla icecream in it and chocolate sprinkeled on it.It was quite good.The service was quick.They have 3 to 4 tables to sit and enjoy your food.Sanket who hosted us was friendly and made sure we had good time.Thank you for hosting us!! We will visit again.

Theres not much sitting place but still they have enough place where you can stand and eat as well....We ordered forGud ki chai - Chai is something which is a basic need for everyoneKyuki barish and chai.....how can we miss out on that..But this chai is a little different from what you can get at another place as it has sugar this has jaggery which is real healthy for our health too..Tandoor Paneer Sandwich - A perfect crisp sandwich, with amazing paneer in it.. Loved the taste...Cheese Corn Sandwich - A sandwich with corn and so much of grated cheese.. Which u ll love it...Ice Cream Cold Coffee :Ice cream cold coffee sounds yummy trust me it do taste yumm this place has some good sand different combos...Ice cream & Chocolate Cold Coffee : cold coffee everyone loves but chocolate cold coffee with ice cream it is an amazing combination.. It was served with chopped chocolates on the coffee.. It made taste like heaven....You gotta visit this place to taste how delicious it is..A perfect place for morning chai nd breakfast, or evening chai snacks..Staff is great here and very helpful..

A very good place for tea lovers. They trully have a variety of teas available. My favourite is elaichi tea and cold coffee. Sanwiches are also a good to go.Very nice

Chai villa is a small cafe near to the Thane station, we ordered kullad special chai, elaichi chai, cold coffee with chocolate and cold coffee with ice cream.Kullad special chai and elaichi chai -4/5The chai was very refreshing and tasty, a great blend of masala and elaichi, am not a big fan of chai, but I really liked the taste of special chai..Tandoor paneer sandwich and cheese corn sandwich- 5/5Tandoor paneer sandwich was spicy and tangy a great mix of all spices, cheese corn was not spicy but the veggies and corn had a sweet taste. Both the sandwich was very tummy filling..Cold coffee with ice cream and chocolate cold coffee- 4/5The cold coffee was very yummy with the ice cream top of it, it had a great taste of chocolate and the vanilla ice cream. I feel the cold coffee can be better as compared to the sandwiches and chai.If you are a great chai lover, do visit chaivilla they have a wide variety of chai from adrak, elaichi, tulsi, pudina n, etc chais.Would love to visit again!

So amazing tangy taste and lord ! It was so tummy filling worth 70 RS and had great tandoor flavour , nicely grilled , full of paneer stuffingCheese corn sandwich: 70rs it had that creamy cheesy flavour .. served with a lot of cheese , well garnished nd quickly servedChocolate cold coffee with icecream : worth all my money !
