Really nice experience, as always.Everyone in my family is really crazy about their Cafe Frappe!One suggestion, please have open QR codes so that UPI payments can be made other than PayTM too!Staff is very helpful and cooperative; keep up the good work.

This outlet seems a bit messy, in terms of furniture, cluttered entrance and general hygiene. Did not see any Covid code like temp check, sanitisation etc being enforced.Coffee etc was generally good, as per CCD standard.

It is located in Hiranandani Meadows Thane West. One of the finest CCD Ive come across. Good ambience. Well lit. Neat decor. Outdoor seating. It is very spacious. Staff is generous. A good place to hangout with your friends and colleagues.

Nice outlet of CCD at Thane Hiranandani. They have a great menu option. Few good eating options. Cold coffees, hot freshly brewed coffees, hot chocolate and many more. Ambience awesome. Wonderful seating arrangement. Very cheerful and friendly staff.

5 star for ambience and charging points. Range of sandwiches was not available when I visited this outlet. Overall satisfactory experience

3 Stars for the service and 2 stars less in terms of space. It feels like overcrowded there as there is less space in that outlet with more tables chairs inside which makes the place more congested .

I will give 5 stars to this hotel. Excellent hotel of this class...newer property and kept extremely clean. Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast area is spacious and one of the best in a Hampton I have experienced. Fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, oranges, apples, and bananas) in addition to all the other hot and cold items. Food quality and quantity is good. I loved this place. The staffs were very helpful. The hotel provides u almost every facility Very good response from Hotel management. Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel.

Cafe coffee day has been my go to cafe since years now. But over the past 2 years I believe that it hasnt been up to the mark like before. My favourite beverage there was dark passion. It was one of the best beverages Ive had in my life but sadly it does not exist in CCD anymore.

Cafe is cramped, Food is average, AC not working; what else do you need - for an experience to be created!!!Only saving grace are the people - who are prompt and courteous, and serve decent coffee.Can be completely missed and you will never regret.In fact you will be happy if you choose another location or place for a better experience.

Many items were not available, so you have limited choice. Didnt enjoy a lot.

Food items like sandwiches were not getting punched. So payment was taken on cash basis without bill.

Café is overall great. They have renovated their entire outlets to fresh interiors. Staff over here is somehow unprofessional and delays service as well. This could get better with proper training to the employees and speed of service.

Ethiopian French press as not available. CCD should ensure that all menu items are available.Still they rather best when it comes to an experienced coffee brewer made in India.

We visited in the afternoon time so we order corn & spinach sandwich with cappuccino coffee. Staff is friendly enough to interact and co operative . They serviced on table . Seating is little cramped up but have outdoor seating along with inside. Nice location ,its hidden due to the escalator of studio store.

I ordered cold Belgium chocolate with whipped cream. It was fulfilling. Taste is good. Ambience is good and warming.

The place was just upto expectation. Was a little hot and had to ask staff for cooling down for temperature many times. Sitting is comfortable and services are good. But honestly speaking its a little overpriced place. Good for meetings.

Medium size space which can accommodate 20 to 25 people. Nice place to chill out, work or do some outside office meetings.Good staff.They do accept credit and debit cards, paytm and phonepe.Vehicle can be parked on the main road. Getting parking space for four wheeler might be tough.

Ive been going to this cafe for almost 12 years now. The coffee is great. They have been quite innovative with their menu. They have added many new beverages and food items. My favourites are Cafe Latte a and Peppy Chicken Roll. The staff is polite and helpful. You can pay by cash, card or Paytm.

Absolutely loved the place and ambience. No need to talk about CCD coffee. In plain and simple words, its amazing. Only downside is there is no washroom here.

It was good... but its hidden... You cannot see it from main road... its a bit small place and little congested but overall it is good... Taste of coffe was typical CCD... Order arrived late as it was full i guess... Parking is on main road... Overall a good experience... Loved it...

This is second time in a row that we have been denied service saying they are not taking any new orders. This is at 11.20pm even though the closing time is 12am. This is a good way to get rid of customers for good. I wont visit this outlet ever again.

All time favorite CCD outlet in Thane. Fresh food and amazing ambiance is what makes this cafe a top choice. Located in Hiranandani Meadows behind Zudio and Star Bazaar.

Nice place

CCD prepares standard preparation every where and this place is no big different. Staff is helping. Location is very good and relaxing, generally not much crowded so its soothing and refreshing.

We ordered chocolate sizzling brownie with ice cream and what we got was cold brownie and hot chocolate sauce. We also ordered their classic spinach and corn sandwich but the bread used was multigrain with only multiple grains of the bread to taste. Only good part was service... that’s why 2 stars 🌟 for service ... otherwise with food I would have marked it negative....

Good experience and considering they are continuously adding new items it is indeed worth being there.in spite of competition from other coffee joints it is still a name to reckon with and has its own die hard fans who would want to meet up there either for casual or even business.meetings.

Its a the same old ccd menu. Nothing extra ordinary out of it but the staff is surely courteous and helping. Good view from the seating outside.

Not a good experience. We were served coffee in paper glasses. On insisting to be served in glass mugs we were given it reluctantly. CCD should have a stock of glass cups/mugs to serve hot coffee like in other CCD outlets eg Flower Valley, Thane outlet

It is for sure as per CCD standards...what I love about this outlet is time taken by the team to prepare orders is comparatively lesser than the other outlets :)

I used to love chocola hereBut they have stopped serving it !

So today i had quite a crappy experience at Cafe coffee day. Staff just interested in chilling (see photo) took 20 mins to make a cappuccino. they served it with a plastic spoon to stir it (which i didnt want to use) I returned the plastic spoon & requested a steel spoon, the guy just walked in & sat down to chilll with his buddies inside. I walked up to the counter & got the steel spoon myself. To top this all they did not have change had to wait & again they never brought it to the table, i had to go back to the counter & take the balance cash.

CCD aa usual is a good cafe with okay food and medium on your purse.Meadows has good seating and ambience, caring and prompt staff.

CCDs are usually cool places for hangout, for a conversation and obviously a lot can happen over coffee....but this outlet is bad....bad proportions of coffee, served in paper cups. Bad seats not in line with the interior standards of CCD.
