Worst service.. whenever we call, there is no one to answer the call. if they pick up the call, there is always never proper response. They need to be called 100 times a day if the connection is lost. Every Month, they have connectivity issue or the system is low. They tend to cut the cable on 1st of each month, and then they say its the system who does it. Ok, we understand the system maybe programmed like that, if that is it then you should better keep your service proper. Today, 23rd of May 2020, our cable went down in morning @ 8 am. We have been calling them since the morning and they have kept us waiting till now, its evening now and when we call them they are telling us to wait for half and hour, we will do your work. But still the services are down. I wish google had half star, because they dont even deserve one star.They once gave us the number of one of their representative, Manoj , he never picks up the call nor he answers properly to our question. I just hope may be this might effect their service a bit.

HiWe r required to constantly follow up and call them. In last 3 months I hv telephoned at least on 12 occasions I was asked to send mail which I hv Sent on 5 different dates. If your call received by the customer care you will be the luckiest person on earth... When you call for complaints generally two things happens. Same number (though they will provide you five numbers... Last two digit 30-35) will keep ringing, no one will respond until it is gets disconnected or you will find the line busy... Go for it if you dont have a choice like me...

Pathetic service provider, please dont take this service otherwise you guys in a big time trouble.In this era, where internet is lifeline for any business, these people have their servers down every second day or have some issues in the fibres. On the top of it, the call centre people are not human they are tape recorders who keep on repeating same lines which has nothing to do with the correction of your issue. Im Staying in ghodbander road bhayandar pada. This is the worst cable network Ive ever had .. every week atleast 2-3 days this network doesnt work. And plus they are charging in an advance full month money.. and such service they are providingHave to complain again and again.. your day gets over by the time they fix the problem. I can see maximum people giving 1 star rating & is fully justifiable. the broadcast per se is good but just in case if you face any issue, the turnaround time taken by the service team is too much. First of all they are not easy to access over phone. The team really needs to gear up if they need to survive the competition by Tata Sky, Jio Fibre TV service etc.

Their phones have been disconnected, so customers cant call them from grievances. Plus they dont even sound apologetic for not being able to broadcast cable even though its been more than 3 weeks of us paying them. All they tell you is that the operators Manning the channel loading are overworked and cant do much.Now cant even switch to Tata Sky or other providers as the cable is refusing to give it back.

This provider does not deserve even 1 star rating. Pathetic service. No one answers the land line. Payment done on 16th Feb 2019. Its almost 1 month now, still channels not working. Specially regional language like marathi. Have paid 464 inclusive gst..initial everymonth it was 380 and still channels were running. No customer service. Lady who sits in waghbill office near cherry hotel has no ethics to talk to customer. I would suggest everyone not to go with S S CABLE NETWORK. THE WORST SERVICE !!

The service is just pathetic. There is no intimation that the subscription is going to end they will cut the connection. Even after paying the bill online, The channels are not subscribed. I have never had a problem with customer service before except today at this hour... 2 impolite and unprofessional reps named Sujit and Akash... Who cant even speak well... They have not acknowledged my concern., yet claim that I am lying about not being able to access the website... I have recorded my calls and if dont hear an apology from the two reps.. I will be forced to report it to the police for mental harassment... You can make a fool out of me... I also work night shifts and have worked at call centers.... Serious Suggestion ,Dont go for this cable connection. Frequent disconnection ,poor quality . you have to keep chasing them ,if you fail then no connection still they will charge you for the whole month. i have installed connection its a new installation new setupbox , all sets down in 24 days and after that no cable for 3 months and they are asking for money and when infomed no one came to attend the complain then they say we came but you r not there its your mistake.

Please be aware about the Dolphin Internet they sold the entire Internet broadband business to 1&1 internet which is pathetic we paid for 6 months services and from last 1 month in a haware CITI Internet is not working no one is there to listen on the issue , we should take action against the Dolphin Internet and Discontinue all the internet by Dolphin and 1&1 and approach Mach1 which is Best in services , He’ll company Don’t but any internet plan from them .
