WORST EVER !!! BOUGHT THEIR BROADBAND ANNUAL PLAN WITH FIBRE JUST BEFORE CORONA STRIKED. Turns out that my Jio hotspot is much better. Lags whenever needed. Same for their cable plan. Never got the channels for which we paid for. Cold as ice service. Complaints on deaf ears. Irresponsible staff.

The worst service they give.To subscribe one channel we need to visit their office.? what the hell.. some people dont have option rather than cable connection (no permission for D2H in some society) and these guys taking advantage of this. worst worst and worst.

They are tied up with hathwayThey dont notify u when a new plan has been updated or ur existing plan is changing3rd class service in Shreenagar, do not subscribe also they will come 5 days before month end to collect money
