They dont seem to be interested in doing business. I had to follow up with them several times and yet no response. They dont have the courtesy of responding even. A very lethargic attitude of the person in charge there ... Very disappointing..I have removed the name of the person in-charge there after their request. But looking at other reviews, I am definitely not confident of giving them any contract.

Worst service ... They will take 90 % payment upfront but then the chase starts ... They referred us to Space Designs Thane very unprofessional... My Kitchen was supposed to be delivered in June its September and the wait continues... Please engage with professional guys else you will regret.

Good showroom.. Wyeing to german brand, it is super expensive.. Alternatively you may try Indian brand with similar warranty of 10years called Everyday

Worst experience staff is lazy not cooperative

Worst professionalism I have ever seen. Hafele Thane unit charged Rs 5000 just to come to my flat for measurement but could not give me design for 2 weeks. Ultimately they quoted 1.8 times of what the largest kitchen brand (of India)quoted. Never bothered to refund my Rs 5000

Its like a museum of good kitchen fittings and equally expensive as a museum selling original works of art. See the stuff and go buy the same at 20% in local markets. I dont know why they are selling common kitchen fittings at such High prices.

Very good experience centre. Staff takes a while to warm up and only if they sense you are a genuine buyer.

We have been so disappointed with hafele that our willingness to pay a premium for this products just does not seem worth it. If you are selling a premium product you need to deliver over and above normal brands and you are not even managing to deliver the basics. the after sales service and delivery experience we had has been terrible. Firstly our order got delayed. No one informed us we kept following up. Eventually we were told of the reason and managed to get the delivery. Finally delivery happens a week ten days late. We get the carpenter to attach it only to realise they have delivered a wrong model number. We had ordered a very very specific model details based on our specific requirement. Once contacted and informed we have not heard from them yet on delivery schedules. And the only number provided online has been coming continuously not reachable since the last two days.Number

If you have lots of money to spend on your home needs then this place is good but I didnt find the whole thing worth the money. Even if you have a small kitchen it will set you back around 3lakhs for modular kitchen.

Poor service. Chasing for 4 days to get estimation unfortunately no reply from any representative even after daily follow up. Looks like they don’t need new customer, poor customer service
