Wonderful ambience but food quality not good

Covid protocols followed properly, scannable menu instead of a physical copy. The pasta and paneer gravy was really delicious. Good experience 👌

This is the best Indian restaurant we have found in Australia! The menu is extensive and has a great explanation of dishes. The food is always fresh and absolutely exquisite! Whenever I think of eating Indian, Palates if India comes to mind! Such a hidden gem for the Palmerston area!

Just visited this restaurant.Pricing is too high.....for example biryani was about Rs 475 for two person....and other dishes I order was above Rs 400/-Chicken tikka was awesome.Try Basa Tava fry... This is one of my favorite.But chicken curry was not up-to the mark. Chicken was half cooked and curry was also tasteless....we raise the complaint then they provided other one.And finally we order chicken dum biryani... Which was total disappointment....no taste again chicken half cook.....I suggest if you are planning to visit try the starters or dessert.Or provide instructions to the cook or manager before ordering.....

Good food, good health safety precautions. Kitchen can get busy especially if banquet events are held that day at the hotel.

Tasty Food and Good Service

Very tasty food and good service. Attended a family get together on a Sunday afternoon, with buffet lunch. The spread was quite elaborate and the taste of each item was delicious.

Food was good but the service is extremely slow... Also the standards of cutlery cleanliness is not upto the mark as we had to replace the 2 glasses and 3 plates as they had some stains / specks on them. The place can do with a better air conditioning system and some light music in the background would have helped...

Good place to enjoy with family and friends. Buffet is awesome too however its not daily. Pl check out with them about buffet before you start.

We ordered saoji mutton today for dinner along with roomali roti, steamed rice. The Soaji mutton is not a dish I would recommend to anyone. There were loads of bones , with very fine pieces of bones that could possibly choke you or cut your mouth, gums or throat. Thats not the way to enjoy meat. The gravy was tasty but the mutton was less, bones were too many, lots of fat and a gazillion bones.

Nice place for calm dinner. The food is good and hospitality fine.
